I apologize for forgetting to leave a review for Shoreline Roofing as they actually completed work on our home in January 2023. That said, they did a fantastic job and we've had an entire year - including this extremely rainy February of 2024! - to really put the roof to work. Worth the wait - my new roof, extra ventilation included, did just fine in the recent storm. And, trust me, my old roof let me know when the rain was coming down. Robert and his crew know what they're doing - they're efficient and I'm confident they took care of all that my roof needed. My neighbor had a great view of all the work underway by Shoreline and let me know they've hired Shoreline too!

Cannot say enough great things. Robert and his crew did amazing work for us . Had them paint interior scrape ceilings and frame out 2 new bedrooms. They also did exterior concrete work..they can truly do it all and at great prices. But most of all you can trust them with your home..keeping it safe and secure.

Robert and his team were extremely professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Robert was very straightforward and thorough at our first meeting. He gave us suggestions on what color to use when we asked for his opinion, and we're so glad we asked him because the color was perfect. His team aways cleaned up after themselves and never left a mess. When we had to replace some of the damaged plywood on our roof, Robert even had recommendations on where to go for paint to get it for cheaper and quicker. The job was completed within the timeframe promised and without any issues. Our roof looks amazing, and we're so glad we went with Robert and his team for our roof replacement.

The good:
Shoreline fixed my roofing and sealed some areas that were open due to our chimney. They were easy to work with. The worker was well informed about his line of work and explained to me details of different options I had as well as what was previously done on my roof in the past. When I bought a new house, we had to have the roof inspected and our roofing tile can easily be broken upon inspection because walking on it can break it.

The bad:
They took a really long time to send me an invoice. Roofing is definitely not cheap to do! We had to fix a lot more tile than we were originally quoted and ended up paying a lot more than what we expected to pay.

The interesting:
Tile roofs are great for keeping the house cool but they're so brittle and expensive!
