I very highly recommend Shingle Masters Roofing for roof replacement. John Dooling was our consultant - he was lovely, knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the entire process! He came out quickly to give us a quote and did a thorough review of our existing roof - he even took pictures with a drone, which we were given access to. The quote was very competitive considering the excellent product and service we received. We were quickly added to the schedule and John did a wonderful job keeping us posted on what was happening. The team arrived right on time and quickly proceeded to protect our grass, driveway and A/C units and got straight to work. They even worked late into the night to ensure our roof would be fully protected from an incoming rainstorm! John was fantastic and stopped by to check on the work and was in touch throughout the installation to answer any questions. The crew took pictures as they worked so we could see exactly what was being replaced underneath - no surprises! The total roof replacement took about 1.5 days - even with it raining the second day - and then a nice man came out to complete all the finishing touches. It looks AMAZING!! We are thrilled with how it turned out. I can't say enough nice things about John and the team at Shingle Masters! John made it a pleasurable experience and ensured we were comfortable at all stages. They never pulled a permit, which has been a pain whenever my home insurance company changes. When I called, they said a permit wasn't need for anything under $5,000. The city inspector who was on site for another home project said that was absurd and recommended I report them to the state licensing board. I'm currently working with another roofing company to have the roof completely redone because they didn't taper the flat roof and left a gulley for water to collect, which has caused leaks in my ceiling. I was in a rush to get the roof replaced when I purchased my home (2017) in order to get home insurance, and I wish I'd had time to research companies more. I now understand why they didn't pull a permit; their work would never have passed the city inspection.

I decided to get a quote from Shingle Masters from a roof repair I put off after our last big storm in '22. I reached out on a Monday and Eric R. was on my doorstep that same afternoon. He was very consultative and gave me an estimate that was within 24 hours with the work schedule the very next week. The crew was able to complete the work in one day and was thorough with zero cleanup left after the job was complete.

I'm grateful to shingle Masters for getting me out of a nightmare situation. When I moved into my abode I had no idea that part of it was poorly constructed and was prone to leaks. I hired a roofer to make a fix and when it later failed and started leaking again I had them come back and try again. You can only do this so many times before you give up and try another roofer. I'm not exaggerating when I say that over several years I repeated this multiple times with multiple roofers. It got to the point where I felt sick to my stomach when I would hear a rain storm approaching because I knew there was a good chance I would have to deal with a leaky roof again. Shingle Master was able to fix what other roofers could not because they are a general contractor, not just a roofing company. That meant that they could address the area *near* the problem roof area (behind a wall, etc) and were able to stop the leaking for good. Years later when I needed a complete new roof replacement of course I had them do it. The work was done in one complete day and I had a dumpster in my driveway for a little over two days. It couldn't have gone more smoothly. There was a foreman on site that I could've gone out to talk to if I wanted to but there was no need for that. I never interacted with anyone once work began. I dealt with Todd for the estimates and paperwork and I believe it was Doug who returned later to do the touch up painting. They're all so nice and helpful. Their services aren't cheap but you get what you pay for. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Excellent all the way. I've had them do 3 different jobs, one involving a tough custom job. All were completed within time, minimum of noise & disturbance. They've got to be the cleanest I've ever seen. I had 0 nails in my driveway. We had a little problem afterwards with the custom roof, but they came and fixed it right away. When I need another roof, you know who I'm calling.

My husband and I met with Eric to discuss our roof concerns. Eric was professional and very informative about what Shingle Masters has to offer and how they can address our needs. Eric was very responsive throughout the process and kept his agreed appointments with us. Eric responded to calls/texts timely and addressed any concerns we had throughout the process. Shingle Masters had a month or so from the time we signed the estimate to the start of our roof. Shingle Masters did a great job with the removal and replacement of our roof and gutters. Their team had the old roof removed in the first portion of the first day and our new roof was completed by the end of day two. Their speedy service allowed us to have piece of mind that our wood was protected, especially from the upcoming rainy season. My husband received great feedback from the inspector about the quality of Shingle Master's craftsmanship. We i all of our documents to submit for our updated wind mitigation and proof of new roofing at the time of payment. Shingle Masters offers options for financing and also gives options for cash/check discounts. Shingle Masters offers a workmanship warranty in addition to the manufacturer warranty on the shingles. I would recommend Shingle Masters for their professionalism, craftsmanship and overall great customer service.

So I will start by saying I wanted to take a star off because they are not the cheapest, but I feel that isn't fair since reviewing based on other things. You are not always going to get the cheapest for good quality. I dealt with Eric for sales and he was more than reliable. We got about 8 different quotes and after speaking to everyone, he was the most knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was patient even when I change my mind about the shingle about 50 times. Finally decided with the black color and I could not be happier with the look and quality of it! Everything looks amazing and they finished it all in about a full day and a half in the middle of Florida heat. This is important for us because who wants to deal with that noise for longer than that? After that they picked everything up and left it looking clean! I highly recommend shingle masters!!!

I've had the roof replaced three times over the past 45 years. Shingle Masters did the best job by far of the three roofers I've dealt with. The work was done quickly and thoroughly with lots of attention to detail. For instance, I've never had a roofer paint the vents and pipes in my roof to match the color of the shingles. The cleanup was equally thorough. Not only were tarpaulins spread over the grass and shrubbery to catch debris, several workers picked up everything they saw by hand, then made numerous passes with magnetic bars to ensure nothing was left behind.

This is the worst company in terms of customer service. If you have an accent or s female don't call them. The manager / owners son mike speaks down to woman with disrespect and lies to your face. If you could find someone else please do. Bad customer service once they have your business and after. Held my mothers refund on purpose for over 15 days just to be a ahole then refunded her less money than what they had too. RUN go to the next guy......

I was hoping for a better outcome from such a highly rated company. Their sales rep fell short in measuring a less than 20 ft repair by 150%. They admitted, after several, denials that they incorrectly measured my roof and finally adjusted the invoice.
The scary thing is that they came out and measured twice and wanted to measure a third time after I called them on it.
I'm really not hard to please... I even had them blow $1300 insulation knowing we could have went through TECO for a couple hundred. Sadly, they fell short in measuring half of a garage roof by $1600+
I really hope you have the 5 star rep show up... mine couldn't read a tape measure...
Their crew did a good job but their sales rep and owner blamed $600 of the incorrect quote on them so I can only give them 2 stars.
I have everything documented just in case anyone wants to respond... Can't wait...
