Seems I was the only person duped by this company. Contacted them for gutters. They responded immediately (several people called Lisa and Vincent.) They advised of the following:

1. They are only doing total replacement

2. It's a certain gutter system

Vincent went out and texted to ask if ""insurance"" covered a new roof. I responded this is for gutters. He apologized and said he saw numerous homes that day and might have mixed it up but he'd send the estimate in a day. Well, it's been 4 weeks, I've called several times and no response. Can only gleam from that they wanted a different job.

Either way, it's poor service and has a gimmick feel. So now you know.

Beware! Gave me an estimate for a replacement roof and told me 7-10 days. After that time frame had come and gone, I called to find out the status and they tell me it would cost twice as much! Which is 2x more than any of the other estimates I got from other companies. Complete waste of time as they were already way behind schedule. I honestly believe it is a scam. They know you are in desperate need of a new roof because a hurricane devastated your home, they promise to have the work done quickly and at a competitive price so you choose them over other companies. After you have been waiting for weeks, they raise the price, knowing that if you change companies now you will have to wait even longer while your home is vulnerable.
