I am very happy with the services of Shield Roofing. They did everything they promised and more. The service was on time and the cleanup after the job was perfect. The owner came out to make sure I was happy and found a small area that needed addressed. He sent a man the next day to take care of this matter and I felt this was above and beyond service. We started getting bids and had thought we would go with another company, but they never would give me the references that I asked for. Nor their insurance info. as promised. Then as I was still getting bids from the other 3, they kept calling & trying to get us to sign a contract and we were not done just yet with checking out the other 3 still. The last of the 4 companies I had spoken to was Henry with Shield Roofing. During our first meeting he gave me everything I had requested of his business both insurance info. & his references with out any hesitation. I asked him to give me a few days to call & inquire, which he did and about 4 days later he called & asked if I had spoken to any of his clients which I had actually called 7 of and actually spoke to 5 very helpful & happy customers, one of which lived down the street & around the corner from me. This gentleman also has several rental properties that Henry has done work on & asked if I wanted to come over and look at his home, which I did. It took us about 2 - 3 weeks before we could set a date to start and not once during this time did Henry ever call & harass me before I had called him to set up a time to start. Actually I had to cancel my first install date due to a family emergency and he was very understanding. We can not say enough good things about this company & it's employees and how helpful & professional they where any time we had a question about this process. Henry was here thur out the day checking on his 8 man crew which really surprised me when they all showed up that morning. It was getting dark as they were finishing up & thank goodness they had been cleaning the entire day as they went along. The supervisor at one point came & asked my husband to look at some water damage he had found once the original roof was off and they went and got the additional material to replace the area and called my insurance company about the additional monies & even sent pic.s to them and I thought there would be a problem but there was not. Everything went smoothly. The clean up after they where done was continued the very next morning because they said they wanted to be sure and get as many nails out of the yard as possible.
You will not regret hiring Shield Roofing !!!

This company came out on a insurance claim for my roof. They found more damages that was not noted by the adjuster and made some good changes so that I did not come short. They saved me money but did more work on my roof!

Mr. Hernandez was very professional did all they promised and more. I would recommend them any time. He staff was very fast and got the job done.
