Shield Roofing came out and gave me a roof quote. They were extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. They told me exactly what was wrong with my roof and included lots of photos in their proposal. I have never seen a Roofing contractor to be this professional. They were a little more than the others but I was more than willing to pay it because of the worry free work I was going to get. This review is long overdue! Shield Roofing came out to me earlier this year when the rain was going crazy.  I could tell they were swamped but he still made the time to come out and get the job done.  Not only did he get it done quickly, he did an outstanding job.  We needed our big roof replaced as well as repairs done with an installation of new white gutters.  Shield roofing crew was extremely professional, worked tirelessly, and was punctual everyday. They even did their best to keep the noise to a minimum and work around my schedule.  Gustavo was extremely detail oriented and I am so thankful we were able to find him.  We are exceedingly happy with the work he has done and it was a pleasure working with him from start to finish.  He has never hesitated to swing by if there was a question or concern and I can not recommend him highly enough. I honestly wouldn't look no further when it comes to finding another roofing service!

Came out and gave reasonable estimate and at the end of the day we went forward with them repairing what they thought was the problem.They were very professional and thoughtful of our property and we are hopeful that the leak was fixed.It has not rain since they made the repair,so we we have to wait and see .

The team here is very responsive, they've never missed a phone call of mine, while working on the project! I was inquiring about a full roof replacement for my rental property in Oxnard, meeting the techs Jorge and Caesar, you can tell they are the best at what they do, their roofing techs are straight-forward, knowledgeable and love what they do. They gave us a detailed power point of how the project will go, with selections of different materials we wanted to use. Of course we decided to go with them and today our roof was replaced within 4 days when they started on Monday. When our roof was fully replaced we saw Jorge and Caesar cleaning up after themselves to make sure no debris was left over.

My whole fam is very impressed with the level of service shield roofing carried throughout the process of working with us. Everyone in their team is easy to talk to, we spoke with Gustavo who came initially to give us a quote and his price was very fair, which is what I look for when I was comparing between 3-4 different roofing services. Next step was the team, Jorge and Caesar coming to get a few of our broken shingles replaced. Communication, hard work and courteous is the best way to describe them! I say courteous because they cleaned up well after the project was finished and were very kind to my dog that was barking at them!

Major props to Shield Roofing! Their service goes above and beyond just getting your leaky roof replaced in my case. Customer service over the phone speaking to Claudia was simple and easy. Told her about my problem with my leaky roof and within the middle of the week we got an appointment set up! The crew showed up and was ready to start working, everyone here is kind and they show you pictures of the issues a plus is they tell you how exactly they are going to replace it to find the solution. To say the least I was in very good hands, my good friend recommended I called them because with all this rain happening in Cali, he used them as well. Thank you from the both of us!

My manufactured home developed a leak during the recent storms. I had a contractor and a roofing company look at my home. They were helpful. Then a friend recommended Gustavo from Shield Roofing. Gustavo came out immediately, even though I know he was busy, took a look, gave me a reasonable explanation of what was going on with the roof and also gave me a good quote for repairs. Gustavo even waited for me to get results of a claim from my homeowner's insurance. He came out and tarped my roof while we waited for a verdict on my claim. The tarp protected against more damage. He even checked on me while we waited. The claim was denied. So I borrowed money from myself through a savings secured loan and proceeded with repairs. I have the highest praise and gratitude for meeting Gustavo and his crew. These are some quality people, trustworthy, amazing workmanship, work ethic. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Do not hesitate to call them if you need roof repair. Their customer service and workmanship far exceed anyone in this market. Thank you, Gustavo, and Shield Roofing. My roof over the garage was leaking from rain and I needed to put another vent pipe in my attic for the furnace. So I contacted a number of roofing companies for a quote. The first two companies deduced that the leak was coming from the lower level roof even though there was no apparent signs of broken tiles. One even had a fancy drone to look at my roof. Both companies suggested a whole underlayment replacement on the lower level and quoted me around $7,500 for both the roof repair and vent pipe installation. When Gustavo came out, he initially looked at the lower roof and seeing no broken tiles, went up to the 2nd floor roof and discovered the broken tiles and underlayment damage. He was able to come out the next week and fix the roof and install the vent pipe at a fraction of the cost of the other companies. He did an excellent job on both projects and even hooked up the furnace to the new pipe. Thank goodness for the honesty and fairness of Gustavo and Shield roofing.
