4 months later same spot leaking again! They asked for $2200 this time!!! No warranty and no call back...

Shewski Roofing has provide excellent repair services on our Association's roofs. When they fix a leak it is fixed. They replaced two roofs which were done professionally.

Irresponsible , unprofessional people!! Never return phone call or massages. Owner has no memory, you can tell him what you want to do, he dose not remember, maybe ignoring your request!! Today, 7.31.2017, after my roof has been replaced month ago (third time), my home has been flooded , feet of water in my home. Furniture and rugs has been destroyed!!
Keep calling owner of roofing business, Dave, no respond at all. BAD, BAD, BAD ROOFING COMPONY, WORSE THEN ANYTHING!! TERRIBLE !!!

WARNING!!!! ROOF LEAKING HORRIBLY!!!!

Hired Shewski Roofing to do repair work on my 18 year old Tile Roof, which was *NOT* leaking. I signed a Contract with Shewski on 1/9/2017 and then THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! Week after week I called them and ""Doug"" kept telling me ""next week"". It is now 3/20/2017--10 weeks later--and now my roof IS LEAKING through the ceiling in my kitchen. I just bought the house and have a detailed Inspection Report that shows NO LEAKS. I'm beyond upset. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! Obviously POOR SERVICE to the point that now they've COST ME EVEN MORE MONEY EXTRA $$$$ to repair a LEAK & INSIDE CEILING DAMAGE. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!

In August 2002 Shewski Roofing, Sarasota, FL, installed a new roof (new shingles) on our condo at 4695 Chandlers Forde, Sarasota 34235. In April 2003, we discovered a dark mold spot on our ceiling. This spot and others continued to grow, and pieces of our popcorn ceiling fell onto our dining room and living room floor and furniture. Immediately we called Shewski, who sent a crew to find and fix the leak in our roof. This leak in the roof, our ceiling falling, and Shewski trying on many occasions unsuccessfuly to find and fix the leak went on for SIX YEARS. All this time pieces fell from our ceiling onto our floor and ceiling.

For SIX YEARS Shewski was unable to fib and fix the leak. Finally, in October 2009, despairing that Shewski would solve the problem, we hired Breath Easy Mold Remediation to find the leak, fix it, and repair our destoyed dining room and living room ceilings, and get rid of the mold. They did an excellent job, which took most of three weeks and cost us $8,400.

For SIX YEARS we experienced stress, frustration and embarrassment from our roof/ceiling problem. We were unable to entertain guests at our dining room table, or in our living room because pieces were falling off the ceiling.
