I had a great experience with Sherman Roofing!! I had them inspect the roof on a house that I was in escrow with. I had a very quick inspection period and they were able to make in out and get the inspection done immediately. Tom did a very thorough inspection at a great price. He laid out exactly what was wrong with the roof and the recommendations for the fixes along with a very fair quote. I would strongly recommend this company for any roofing needs you have.

We had a couple of water leaks at a wall and window area from the recent heavy rains. After calling Sherman roofing, Tom came out the next morning. He arrived on time and did a thorough inspection and determined that it was not an issue with the roof, but with two windows with bad seals/caulking. I was very pleased with his honesty and professionalism. While he was on the roof he even cleaned out one of the flashings. No charge!! I'll definitely use him in the future!

We are very pleased that we selected Sherman Roofing to replace our roof.
We met Tom few months ago at our house after setting an appointment with his lovely and friendly wife Lu.Tom presented us with a price that we felt we can afford.
He was honest enough to tell us that the roof has 5 more years left in it and that he can make some repairs without replacing the whole roof.
We decided to replace it anyway and his price was very competitive compared to the 2 other bids that we received.
We just felt very comfortable with Tom and we trusted him.
The roof was done when he said it will be done, the job lasted under 5 days.
Tom went above and beyond by repairing extra dry rot that was not detected earlier during his initial inspection.
According to my wife, his crew was very professional and his son Kyle was a pleasure to work with.
Communication was great, either Lu or Tom will call us with updates about schedule and information.
We recommend Tom and his crew, they are organized, dependable, professional and clean.

Tom Sherman was recommended for a roofing repair that we needed from a past botched job.

Not only was the repair done perfectly but the customer service provided was exceptional. We have found that previous service people are notorious for poor communication. I am pleased to say that Tom is the rare exception and is an outstanding communicator.

If your looking for a roofer,look no further.Tom came out and gave us a bid which he returned to us by e mail.
We worked out a start and finish date.they showed on time Monday morning and were here everyday till the job was finished. Tom's son Kyle ran the job and I've never been happier with him and his crew. They took pride in they're work and it shows.
Every night they left the job site spotless.
They did extra little things that weren't in the bid so at the finish date I knew the finial bill had to be higher than the original bid. When I asked Tom for the final bill he told me to make the check out for what he had quoted me.Unbelievable,Tom is so honest and you'll see that on your first conversation.

Had Tom Sherman and company re-roof our house four years ago during the drought. They were reasonably priced and did a good job. This year with the rains we discovered a small drip under one of our eves on the outside. Called Tom, he came out, checked it out and had his crew repair it. An honorable man and business that I wouldn't hesitate to hire or recommend.

I had some flashing between the roof and the chimney that had started to open up a crack in the sealant. Tom was able to assess the issue based on my description on the phone. He came over within the next two hours and quickly patched the cracks and painted the flashing to better blend in with the roof. Everything done to a ""T"". Yes, this was a simple job, but I appreciated that Tom fixed it quickly and did not try to upsell me in the process. I will definitely use Tom again for roof repairs that may come along. Good work. Honest. Reasonable.

If you have a leak in your roof I highly recommend that the only person you need to call, and the only person you should call, is Tom Sherman of Sherman Roofing. I had a leak in my roof for about a year during which time a succession of roofers came to my house (at least six or more). NO ONE could find the source of the leak. It was a very illusive leak, and I began to feel that all roofers were willing to walk around my roof, charge a fee, but never get to the bottom of the leak at all. Worse yet, I felt that they really didn't care unless they were replacing my entire roof. Tom came out and within minutes was 150% sure that he had located the source of my leak. He fixed it on the spot. That night we had heavy rain, and for the first time the boards in my ceiling were dry. The next day Tom called to check on my leak. He is friendly and professional. With Tom you will get way more than your money's worth. He is honest and sincerely cares about the job, no matter how big or small. I wish I had known about Tom from the beginning. It would have saved me a lot of worry and a lot of money.
