I cannot recommend this company. The roof was under warranty. Rain was dripping in my house.

No one at Shelton Roofing informed me that the inspection and troubleshooting for the roof was at my cost.

I should have been told ahead of time that I would receive an invoice for a service that I thought was covered.

Shelton roofing visited my rental unit 5 times in a three month period in order to address a leak. They've been incapable. Instead of repairing the roof, they kept tightening the drainage pipes, repeatedly, even though each time it made no difference. This suggests a business that optimizes for collecting fees instead of getting the job done. Unfortunately I couldn't fire them since my HOA had contracted with them.

The guys in the field have always been reasonably helpful. The lady at the phone/office (""Janice"") has been a nightmare.

I can't be more positive about the roofing Shelton recently completed on our home. The job was completed with a very experienced crew who were efficient, courteous and expert in their execution. Sean who oversaw the job took care to make sure the work was done promptly and well and he took care to he took responsibility to remediate some minor collateral damage incurred when the old roof was removed.

Paid a bit more than some others but it was well worth it.
