Very pleased with our solar and roof install. Chris spent a lot of time providing us with lots of good information which helped us to decide on our purchase. We appreciated the education. He helped make this happen for us before the end of 2019 to make sure we qualified for the full rebate, which was very much appreciated. Scott was amazing. He made sure we had a water tight roof over our heads during a real rainy time. This was really important to me and the guys did a beautiful job on the roof. Mike installed our new electrical panel. He closed up the stucco and painted and I honestly couldn't even tell where they broke into the stucco. Beautiful job! Lastly Collin installed the solar panels. What a clean install! My roof looks great! He worked to hide the metal pipes so that you can't see them when you look at the street view of the house. Again very much appreciated. Well after the install was completed and final payment made, Collin continues to help and assist me. Setting up my account to monitor my solar panels, explaining how it works, and answering all my questions. This is how you run a business! They work very hard to make sure the Customer is satisfied and happy. We interviewed many companies and I am so glad we chose Shelter Roofing and Solar.

Can't say enough about this company! We got a new roof and solar panels. Their price was great and the work exceptional. They also replace our old skylight with a new updated energy efficient one. They completed the job quickly with an efficient and very professional crew. I highly recommend them for solar and roofing projects.

I was overwhelmed at the number of large solar companies that have approached me. I investigated several and was never satisfied with their answers. Then Chris came over and I was impressed by his knowledge and low-pressure approach. He could answer all my questions and some I hadn't thought of yet. Also, their price was under any of the big company quotes. They put on a new roof and installed solar quickly and efficiently. The crew was hardworking, respectful, and informative. Scott or his son would check in periodically. I have no regrets using Shelter Roofing - nothin' but love. (Note: one thing you should expect if they're replacing the roof, a lot of junk is going to slip off the roof onto your walks, garden, patio, and lawn. They did a great job picking up anything visible, but expect to occasionally find nails and broken tiles around the house for a while. It's unavoidable)

They did a great job on my roof. Everything was completed as promised. When I was looking at the different bids I received from them and other companies, one thing stood out. Although the pricing was similar, Shelter used higher quality materials and didn't charge extra for termite repair should any have been found. This makes a huge difference. Highly recommended.

Super awesome company. I was referred through a local mom group and after getting two other bids from Costco and another, these guys were the best. Best price and service. They're local and have the best price for solar install because they do the install themselves. Colin was the only estimator that actually went up on my roof to inspect and gave me a lay out for install. I love that it's a family company. His Dad came the first day to oversee. Which we appreciate as my husband works for his dad as well at their business. Colin was amazing and gave me his cell number and even responded while on a family vacation ( which i felt bad about). I've been passing along the word for this great company. Couldn't be happier and highly recommend.

We recently has Shelter Roofing & Solar do a reset on our S-tile clay roof and had them install solar at the same time. Honestly, it went better then promised. They were clean, quick and priced well. They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive but I felt comfortable with their team. They showed up as scheduled and were able to answer my questions without hesitation. The quality of material used was as good as possible, very impressed.

Collin kept on top of Edison in regards to getting us into the grid where we are already experiencing the benefits for solar.
