Harry A.I am very unsatisfied by the lack of professionalism that my family and I have experienced. The lady roofer's employee came unannounced to our home because the roof had been leaking after they installed a brand new roof, and set up a ladder outside of my wife's bedroom to access the roof. Without her knowing he was there, she was walking around out of the shower unaware there was a strange man outside who could see inside of our upstairs bedroom window. Also we have experienced our roof leaking since paying several thousands of dollars for her services only for her to point the finger at everyone else instead of just fixing the problem. We will never recommend any of our family or friends to the roofing lady. Our roof is leaking again and she recommended we go to someone else to fix the problem. Why would I go to someone else to fix the problem you are responsible for after we payed $5000 for you to do the job the first time. The roof is brand new. It shouldn't be leaking. I only wish we had gone to someone else from the start. A nightmare would be an understatement.
