I would like to give John Shaver my highest recommendation. My wife and I were directed to him through a Rocklin neighbors social media group. I received 3 bids on a series of tasks to include a bathroom shower demo and remodel, recessed lighting in 3 rooms and stone tile flooring instal in kitchen. John was not the cheapest or highest but his bid was reasonable combined when factoring in his high ratings from prior customers. John and his help competed all tasks on time and on budget. We also threw him a few curveballs by adding a few odd jobs along the way (old house, always needs something!) that he completed without hesitation. As an added bonus John is very personable, always showing up with a good attitude. He is also a native resident of our area. As I mentioned prior we have an old house so I am sure we will call on John again soon.

John is professional and took the time to assess and provide me with a very reasonable quote. He repaired a rather large section of ceiling and blended the texture just right. Everyone that has seen it agrees you can't tell where the patch was. John's work is excellent and I will have him back again to take care of other issues. Thanks John!

John responded to my yelp request quickly. After talking to him, he came out the same day, assessed the problem, said he could do it and was off to Home Depot for the parts. Came back that afternoon and repaired the dry rot on the exterior of my door the same day. I was very satisfied with the job and John had me check everything as he went. I would hire him again.

John is very easy to work with and he's been available whenever we had a question. We are hiring John to do our paint next. Then was equally as prompt in accessing my needs, giving me a competitive quote, and completing the job within a week of my initial posting. He was polite, courteous and I was comfortable with him in my home and he observed covid precautions. The job was done to perfection. I highly recommend him.

I was looking forward to meeting with John regarding a kitchen remodel. Through email, we set up a date and time. Unfortunately, the time came and went and John didn't show. I contacted him and he said he didn't have me listed on his calendar (although his email stated he put me on his calendar) and that he was in Washington. Very disappointing.
