Our sales consultant, Mike Sandlin, was very professional, thorough and was very responsive. The crew removed our old roof and installed the new roof seamlessly and worked very hard. Clean up was immaculately done. The roof looks beautiful, shingles are of high quality, and the inspector mentioned to us after review how well the roof was put on. Highly recommend this company. Undoubtedly the best experience I've had with a roofing company in the Tampa Bay area.

A few months ago I had a limb from a tree puncture my roof. I had not yet discovered Sharpe Roofing and had no less than five separate roofing companies come out to give me estimates and let me know the timeline of how quickly this could be repaired. I had companies schedule estimates and not show up or give a huge window of time when they would come make the estimate and still show up way after that timeframe. I chose one of the more reasonable estimates and ended up being dragged along for a month with no repair in sight.

I reached out to Sharpe Roofing after finding them on Google and I have been constantly amazed by their professionalism, timeliness, expertise, and ability to meet your budgetary needs. The office staff is efficient and kind. We've worked with Dylan and he has been absolutely wonderful. He does not pressure you or use scare tactics to make a sale.

I've had Sharpe Roofing come out a few times for different issues and I will continue to use their services and sing their praises. Best experience I've had with any home repair or construction company in the area.

I watched other houses in my area having their roofs replaced and noted the differences between various companies. I noticed that Sharpe approached the job in an organized manner vs how I witnessed other companies replace a roof. Sharpe was the most thorough in the quote process for me. They clean up, explain the process and really the cleanup goes much more quickly and thoroughly for them because they make less of a mess to begin with. They're fast. They get on the roof and get it done, while I see other houses have an additional day or more. Easy to deal with, thorough, clean and fast.

Prep and clean up was an epic fail. We had our roof done in May and while I will say they have fair pricing and finished the work very fast, their attention to cleanliness was awful. Our pool is not enclosed in a screen and they don't cover it and so many mails and roof pieces ended up in the pool. They did offer us a $100 credit when we asked them to clean the pool but when we went to clean it ourselves and then try to hire someone to clean it, $100 was not sufficient. They also didn't cover our kids in-ground sand box which I found so many nails, roof pieces and trash in and I am still too nervous to let the kids get in it. I expected some nails around the yard to be missed but I found a ton and we ended up buying our own magnet to sufficiently get it cleaned. We complained that clean up wasn't good and that the workers had left cigarette butts everywhere and they did come back out again but I still went back and cleaned up so much trash and cigarette butts and pieces from the roof. In hindsight I would spend more to have a company that pays better attention to ensuring my property is left clean and safe.
