Shane and his team were phenomenal! Shane was super communicative about the progress of the job and completed the job on time and within budget. Shane was honest and transparent every step of the way. In addition, each day they took great care to ensure the perimeter was clean and free of nails, staples etc so I never one worried that my kids or dog would find one. He uses high quality materials and his workmanship is top notch. I would encourage anyone looking for high quality results to contact Shane. We are so happy with our new roof!

Shane and his crew installed our composition shingle roof in October of 2014. Crew was polite, they cleaned up well after each workday and seemed to enjoy one another and their jobs. We are pleased that Shane recommended and installed a solar attic fan. Now, December 2017 and not a single leak. We recently learned that Shane also installs gutters and downspouts, so we had him install new ones for us. Did a great job and the end product looks really good. Thank you, Shane and crew.

Being a former roofer myself, I knew a little about the process. Shane went beyond what most roofers did. Very detailed in everything from tear off to keeping the property clean of debris. Performed task when asked. Answered any questions that I raised. I think I asked to many questions. Worked with the solar installer, and NOT against. My only complaint is that he is too trusting. He should of asked for a 10% or $1000 down payment.

Shane put a new roof on my house in November and did a wonderful job. I had three estimates from very reputable companies and chose Shane because he spent lots of time listening to my concerns, explained the entire process and gave me a fair price. The job was done in two days and my roof looks great!

I also want to comment on his crew . . . what hard working, considerate guys!

I can Highly recommend Shane Symons Roofing as an honest, talented and reasonably priced company to beat the projected heavy rains they 'say' are coming. Met with 3 companies and did the usual 3 bids; one quote seemed to be for another job...one never sent the bid... Shane provided a comprehensive bid including all of the issues we discussed with a reasonable price. He is a very good guy and knows tile and comp roofs, his crew is excellent (and polite) and they clean up everyday when they finish. They finished today just before the rain! They did a quality job and met their commitment. Be patient...all roofers are busy. I highly recommend you get on Shane's list ASAP.

Shane does beautiful work - work that is both meticulous and affordable. His bids are fair and his work is top notch. We couldn't be happier with our roof. We had 3 bids and he came in right in the middle. We chose him because his references were exceptional and frankly, we really liked him.

As a perfectionist myself, I wanted someone who was going to go the extra mile and make sure it was done to a high standard. Shane is your guy!

Seemed like a good guy so we wanted to work with him. Took a rediculous amount of time to get the job started and finally when done and then the price was $875 more than quoted. He wouldn't to give us a breakdown of the costs to make us understand increase.

Extremely unprofessional and started making unfounded accusations when we asked for a discount for materials we provided! Although the roof portion of his estimate looks good now that it's finally finished - he didn't finish the job.

We had to hire a gutter installer because Shane wanted to charge us almost double what the gutter installation professionals charge.

My recommendation: do your research - he is overpriced in every aspect of his estimate and he won't give cost breakdowns. Wouldn't recommend this contractor.
