We had a new roof installed this week by Shamrock Roofing . We are very satisfied with the entire experience from Terry O'Brien, owner and his crew. From the beginning of contact to the end Terry kept us informed of the entire process. He was prompt to respond from the first contact and answered all our questions and concerns. His bid was in line with the other bids I received. He is not a salesman and not pushy in any way. He gives you honest answers on when materials can be delivered and when he can begin the job. On our job Terry showed up at 730 am as the materials were being delivered and crew was arriving. His crew began immediately and completed our roof by 2pm the same day. They cleaned and removed all debris before they left. We love how well the roof coordinates with our paint and stone color. We recommend Shamrock Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof.

I called Shamrock based on great reviews from our neighborhood, and found that they were correct: owner Terry O'Brien is highly knowledgeable, personable, reasonable, and he and his skilled crew did a great job on our SW Austin home.

We needed extra vents installed, along with some repairs from a previous roofer's oversight, and he managed to fit us in between his other complete re-roof jobs. He explained everything that was necessary and told us what to expect, and he absolutely delivered what he promised. I've observed Terry and his crew on-site on some of these jobs, and was impressed with his integrity and the skill of his roofing team.

Our roof is currently doing great, but when the next big hailstorm strikes, Shamrock will be at the top of our list for a re-roofing quote. They've earned our business.
