Estimates are complimentary. For each project, we go to the property to understand the customer requirements and analyze the site conditions. We will then create basic sketches as needed for our internal use. Once we finalize the estimate sheets based on the size of the project, a written proposal is provided with the client. The timeline of the project depends on the scope of work and the arrival times for various materials.
