The product was good and a fair price, people were friendly and knowledgeable. However, the sub-contracted a roof loader whose reacher machine to load the tiles on the roof literally demolished the black top part of my driveway and I had to pay $5k to replace the black top portion on my driveway with concrete. The roof loader company chipped in so I didn't have to take the full hit myself, but even after SG Roofing told me they would work something out, in the end they said ""forget it"" and left me with their sloppiness and no customer care. They new there was a risk with all the rains we'd been having and blacktop, that this might've happen. Now I know, and they knew then, that we should've waited for the ground to dry. All I know was that I had an okay driveway before SG Roofing, and it cost me a lot of money because I think, sadly, they only care about the money and not doing the right thing or their customers. Also contacting BBB. I'm sure there's other companies that sell roofing that have great products and great service. This isn't it.

If you're looking for a good place to get some roofing material. Don't go here I promise you it won't be worth the trip two out of the three men that work in the office are incompatent morons who couldn't find their way out of a brown paper bag. Leaving the one guy who seems like he knows what he is doing to clean up after them. Time and time again they call apologizing for how stupid they are. Never ever go here this place is a joke owned by even bigger idiots than the guys that run the place.
