I was looking for a new waterproof deck for my home. I probably called over 10 companies and received all different quotes until I decided to go with Saul.

His communication was great and always replied quickly when I asked a question or needed something. I think this is really important when your looking for a contractor. His price was also very competitive compared to the other quotes I received. After each day at the job, his always kept his work area clean! So often, when a contractor comes back the next day, they just leave things they way they are. Saul always cleaned up!

I was very impressed with Saul. I had a leak over my dining room area and around my chimney. As soon as I reached out to him, he was very responsive. He came out and took the time to find where exactly the leaks were coming from. He took pictures and showed me the problem areas. He explained to me what needed to be done and came back and did exactly as he promised. Very sweet, dependable and very reasonable. I appreciate his honesty and hard work, something that is very hard to find these days in my area. I had a roof leak and was worried when water was dripping from the air filter. I called this company in the evening (after hours) and made an appointment for Saul to come out the next day. Had a leak in my garage attic from the recent rains. After it stopped raining, I paid a restoration company to dry out the attic. After that, I needed a roof repair right away because rains were returning, according to the forecast.

Saul replied to a message I sent on Saturday night and was at my house for a free inspection and estimate the next day (Sunday). He was able to come by that Tuesday, a couple days before the rain, to do the repairs. Throughout my panic, Saul was very considerate of the need to get the repairs done before the rainy days.

Before Saul, I had contacted another roofer who in my opinion cheated me out of $200 for a ""roof inspection"" fee. Finding good contractors can be a challenge, so it's good to run into people like Saul. I've set my calendar for annual roof inspections with him.

Needed a roofer to remedy the water dripping in our home, Saul was contacted and very responsive. He promptly showed up, diagnosed the issue and provided a reasonable estimate to repair.
