Storm damage restoration is our specialty at SF5. As qualified general contractors, we manage every aspect of insurance claims, meetings with insurance adjusters, and mortgage documentation. Our commitment is to support you starting with your claim filing to the final stages of your storm damage repairs and the necessary documentation to your insurance and mortgage providers.
We began our journey in Fort Worth in the spring of 2009, we relocated to Little Elm in the fall of 2009 and have been a reliable contractor in the north Dallas area ever since.
Jake has been with SF5 as Vice President since we started. He has directed storm restoration in cities like Houston, Oklahoma City, El Paso, Phoenix, and San Antonio, but for the past 5 years, he has focused solely on the Dallas Metroplex.

They were polite, they were professional, they took care of all of my repairs and insured I had no other issues or any other questions for them. It was a great stress free experience. Half the houses on my street half their signs in their yard,however none of their numbers from their website, good contractors list,yelp etc, work!?
Unless a robot VM with no company info,name ,number , nothing? Is considered working?
I am skeptical of roofers with no answering service,secretary,or even a professional VM box,as there are many fly by night roofers here.
Which is why I tried to call this one, as they appear to come be highly regarded.
Oh well I guess I call one of the other 2000 flyers I received on my door!
Joshua E.Jake Jacobson and SF5 construction have been a staple around the town of Little Elm and after reading many of his posts he does to educate people he was the number 1 call after we were hit with baseball size hail at our home! Now also understand we at the time of the storm ( Sunday) we were selling our home and were to close the next Friday! Long story short Jake and his crew replaced our roof, power washed and re-stained or fence, repair/replaced two windows and got new carpet installed all in about 20 days so we only had to push closing back 15 days! Amazing work very professional and knows how to get the jobs done with a deadline!
