I needed a minor roofing repair done last October (10/2016) and made the mistake of calling Service Roofing. The company claimed that they were busy, but someone would call me. I called several days in a row, but never received a call-back from the company to get the repairs done. With another storm coming, I called someone else, who showed up on time and fixed the problem in 10-15 minutes.
Eight months later, Service Roofing sent me a bill for work that they did not do. I called them up and told them they never returned my calls and consequently never gave me an estimate. They only had a workorder that they never processed.
I suggest you go to some company that is more organized and actually wants to work.

i have used these folks a couple of times for roof patches. They are very nice and show up when promised. For the latest project-we have an old house in Santa Ana that dates to the 20s with a wood shingle roof. Some of the shingles came off in the last windstorm. Service came out and gave an estimate. They then came out a few days later. I expected them to replace the missing tiles. They did that and actually a good deal more work. I think they replaced about 10% of the tiles. Nice folks and nice mom and pop operation. Would do business again (although hopefully for not a while).
