$2,000+ another $2,000 just to show up for minor roof patch around skylights is patently absurd. & greedy. Just say you don't do this type of work! Steer clear of this business.

Re-roof completed in 4 weeks (from contract acceptance to city inspector approval).
All employees were courteous and respectful of myself and my property.
My solar systems had to be removed and will now need to be reinstalled, but that's a different story.
Thanks to Andres and Russ for keeping me informed and shepherding the project to completion on schedule.

Andres was very responsive, showed up on time to give me a quote, and once I signed the quote work started and within 5 days the spanish tile roof was completed. The work site was kept clean with minimal disruptions to the businesses. I highly recommend Sersive Corporation for roof replacement.

A big waste of time , this company came out after we had damage to our roof , showed up on time for the estament , but after 4-weeks and 3-phone calls to this company we have nothing to start the work , very poor service
