Nestor has come to my house twice to fix my roof. He did a beautiful job on both occasions putting new shingles on where they had fallen off. I was sent photos of the work before and after. I was able to see how great the work that got done was. Nestor also shows photos and evaluates the condition of the overall health of the roof. Serranos Roofing is well run. They are very fast to respond to texts. Everything was clean after the work was done including the removal of the old shingles and paper that had fallen off the roof.

Replaced the skylights as well. They were old when we moved in
22 years ago. I did ask about replacing them since they were old but did not leak. Yet. So we did a little figuring and decided we would accept Nestor's reasonable offer to include the new skylights. Smart win-win.
In addition to what looks like a very good job he made several other important improvements,
Branch's cut off touching roof, a rusty nail stuck in the roof (?) a tiny hole he filled. Really a conscientious job of a real roof man. They finished in one day and cleaned up everything including the surroundings.
A very pleasant and professional job well done. Average price. Way above average workmanship.

I first met Nestor in 2014 when we first bought our home in Oakland. I can't remember how we got connected, but I'm certainly very happy we did. In 2014, he had replaced 3 skylights that were leaking. Job done well, the first time. Over the next few years we relied on Nestor to put in new gutters, down spouts, clean gutters, gutter guards. Each time, he delivered great results, on a timely fashion and at a fair and honest price. As a person, he is a calm, kind gentleman, polite, fair, and good at his trade.

Nestor will be the first person I would call next time I have a roof related issue, hands down.
