Sergio came highly recommended to us from a neighbor. From first contact Sergio was very professional and responsive. He came out for an inspection to replace our roof and two skylights. It was fair pricing compared to others and he emailed the estimate the same night. He stayed within the expected start date and completed the task quickly and efficiently. He also sent us pictures of the process to help with our insurance claim. One of the roofers, Antonio was also very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend Sergio Lopez Roofing for quality and professionalism.

Sergio and his son did a wonderful job on our home in San Leandro! They removed the original wooden and asphalt roof shingles and replaced it with new sheathing, air vents, shingles, down spouts and gutters in less than 1 weeks time. Selected Sergio Lopez Roofing following two estimates from other roofers with excellent YELP reviews. Decision mainly based on a good feeling I had about him and I was not disappointed. He addressed all my questions/ concerns along the way and genuinely came across as his primary concern was complete customer satisfaction. The project required special care as the house has Spanish style trim which had to be partially removed and reinstalled once the roofing material was in place. The roof looks great and passed both inspections by the city. Call Sergio--you will not be disappointed.

I selected Sergio Lopez Roofing based on the positive Yelp reviews. I was not disappointed. Sergio and his team were very nice and easy to work with. Most of all, I have a high quality roof that I can be confident will last for many years to come. He goes above and beyond, adding extra protection in areas where the water travels most. In addition, we encountered some unexpected issues on the roof. He took care of them right away to ensure I had a water tight roof. I highly recommend Sergio and his team. One of my neighbors commented on how good of a job they did on the roof. She felt that way not only based on what she could see, but because of the time she saw them spending on the roof doing quality work. It wasn't a quick patch job. They spent the time necessary to do a great job.

I went searching for another roofing company in San Leandro after Rideout Roofing promised to return my call (didn't) and hearing how they charge a flat fee of almost $300 JUST to come out to provide a quote (I didn't even bother to allow them to finish or explain the rationale behind that billing practice !).

It should be noted that the work was for gutter repair - NOT roof replacement.

I returned to YELP for additional references and even though Sergio didn't have a large number of reviews, the ones that were posted all had a common theme - promptness of response, high quality work, and reasonable prices.

He totally deserves a ""5 stars"" rating. First, I was shocked to have an owner pick up his phone after only a few rings. We arranged for him to come out and give us a quote. I had called that morning and by the end of the day, he arrived at the house. He was there at the time he said he would be and quoted a very fair price. And may I add, there was NO CHARGE for a price estimate (Rideout are you reading this ?)

Although rain delayed the work by a day, he kept us posted and the following day his team showed up and did FLAWLESS work.

His work crew was polite, efficient, and had I not known differently, the gutters looked new. We were also impressed with how clean they left the area.

We are now planning to use Sergio's Company to replace our roof soon. And would not even consider going with another roofing company.

I have also learned that just because a business has only a few reviews, do not let that be a deterrent to giving that business a chance.

Sergio lived up to those ""6,"" 5 stars reviews !

Sergio Lopez installed new gutters on my home in 2005, so when I needed a new roof I once again called him for a quote. I was very pleased with the work, the team and how clean the area was at the end of each day. They show up on time, work hard and are very pleasant to work with, especially Sergio and Julio. They go the extra mile to make sure you are absolutely satisfied with the job and that is very much appreciated. I've been getting compliments from all my neighbors on how great my new roof looks!

Sergio and his team did a great job. He responded quickly and his quote was good. He did not add on extras like others I quoted. The only time he suggested anything (screens for the gutters), he was very clear about it before any work was done.

He finished redoing all the gutters on the house within two days, and communicated clearly the whole time.

Several months later we were having issues with some of the gutters (one turned out to be clogged with small debris from the trees), and he responded very quickly and was there with his team the next day.

Overall his team does a great job and I trust him to install quality gutters and look after his customers afterwards!
