They came out and inspected my roof for free. They also dealt with the insurance company because I had no idea what to do.
The insurance process, I found, can be confusing but they made it very easy. All I had to pay was my deductible and they took care of everything else. Other companies tried to absorb the deductible but Serenity explained it was illegal. Now that I understand, I'd never work with a contractor that tries that.
I would highly recommend them to do all of my family and friends. I told my neighbors about them and they are doing all of their homes also.
This is an amazing company. So glad Chris unexpectedly knocked on my door.

I wanted to give a shout out to Angel Vargas and Serenity Roofing & Construction as a whole. Angel came to check out my roof last year but we unfortunately could not get it replaced. He kept in touch and came back this year to get the roof done. The crew was professional and quick in the installation. Angel came by after everyone left and made sure to pick up any tacks that were left. Very knowledgeable and professional throughout the experience start to finish. Could not recommend Serenity Roofing & Construction more!

I would highly recommend them to anyone. The whole process took less than a week. Dan Lardy was professional, honest and trustworthy. He explained everything in detailed. The company and its staff were professional, honest and experienced. They are absolutely fantastic! They also had a fair price and had financing options. They were done in a matter of hours. They cleaned up everything and left my house looking new again. My roof looks good and gave my home a brand new look. I can't say enough good things about this company and their work. Definitely recommend Serenity Roofing and Construction.

We have a prominent ""No solicitation"" sign on our door. Disregarding that completely, this company left their junk advertisement on the door.

If the contractors cannot follow written instructions, that means either they cannot read or disregard those, thus disrespecting me. Why would I trust them with a serious roof job?!
