We recently had Senga Energy install a Tesla Powerwall 3. The salesman, Zak, was very professional and informative. They sent 4 technicians to install the Powerwall. All of them were courteous and paid attention to tidying up the area. The Crew Lead, Jake B., was quite knowledgeable and did a great job. We are super excited to get one step closer to getting off the grid and PG&E.

at our house at originally 13 panels, a salesman came by and was talking to us about adding 9 more panels. He mention that the two systems would work independently from I was under the impression that the systems would work in conjunction with each other. The nine panel system was constantly pulling electricity from the grid. and that is costing me more than my true up which the system was supposed to cover. also, with the nine panel system, I got some batteries which have never been charged due to the system being too small to power the house by itself. I am currently in the process of getting out of my contract.

The rep I talk to is nice, but they technicians are horrible and not reliable. They diagnosed wrong and can't fix the system. I've got the panels installed for about a year and broke for multiple times due to connectivity issue, communication issue, wiring issue, or a bad inverter. I have lost count on how many times they sent people over (even my neighbors noticed) because they ""think"" it's due to this or that, and it's still not fixed. I have lost solar power completely since May 2024 and my patience has run out.

Went to a small farmer's market and they had a booth there. My 81 year old grandmother's car, as well as my car were parked in the parking lot behind their booth. My grandma started getting overheated as it's 105+ outside so I started the car to cool it down. We stay in the car talking for about 10 minutes, letting her cool off before leaving. A man with Senga approached her car and knocked on the window. He said: ""is this your car?"" *points at my car* I replied ""yes"" he then said ""well, when are you leaving? It's running and I have to listen to it. Can you turn it off or leave?""
This is a private parking lot that they rented a booth at for a farmers market. It's 105+ outside, and my elderly grandma was getting overheated outside so I stayed in her vehicle with her until I felt she was okay to drive.
