The rep I talk to is nice, but they technicians are horrible and not reliable. They diagnosed wrong and can't fix the system. I've got the panels installed for about a year and broke for multiple times due to connectivity issue, communication issue, wiring issue, or a bad inverter. I have lost count on how many times they sent people over (even my neighbors noticed) because they ""think"" it's due to this or that, and it's still not fixed. I have lost solar power completely since May 2024 and my patience has run out.

Went to a small farmer's market and they had a booth there. My 81 year old grandmother's car, as well as my car were parked in the parking lot behind their booth. My grandma started getting overheated as it's 105+ outside so I started the car to cool it down. We stay in the car talking for about 10 minutes, letting her cool off before leaving. A man with Senga approached her car and knocked on the window. He said: ""is this your car?"" *points at my car* I replied ""yes"" he then said ""well, when are you leaving? It's running and I have to listen to it. Can you turn it off or leave?""
This is a private parking lot that they rented a booth at for a farmers market. It's 105+ outside, and my elderly grandma was getting overheated outside so I stayed in her vehicle with her until I felt she was okay to drive.
F**K no, I'm not turning off the car, so sorry a running vehicle near you is such an inconvenience to you.

Thank you Alfonso Hernandez for quick service in installing our back up battery. It kicked in and held up the 7 hours after the power went out. As soon as power came back on it switched over. Highly recommend. Get your back up battery.
