Kelly Shawhan, a former Captain in the United States Marine Corps, brings over 20 years of contracting experience. He graduated cum laude from Miami University of Ohio, often called ""the Yale of the Midwest,"" where he attended on a full military scholarship. He was a first alternate for the Olmsted scholarship, he has held various positions globally and was among a select few Marines chosen to instruct at the Army Artillery School at Ft. Sill, OK. Post-military, he has dedicated the last two decades to construction, most recently focusing on energy solutions within the solar sector.

John Almond has spent 20 years as a business leader, with over a decade specializing in construction. He shifted his focus to renewable energy, recognizing it as the future and aligning with his ethical values.
