Where do I start.... Semper Solaris did a solar install on my house. From the beginning to the end they have been there to answer any questions that my family had. They were very professional on install and explaining the system and how it works. The work they did was top notch and there was no issues during final inspection. I would recommend this company to ANYONE!!! Thank you John and Kelly for hiring true professionals!!

Everything was going great at first kept me informed of the projects (HVAC and Solar) but after the solar project was dropped that's when everything went down hill, can't get the project manager Angel to call me back or answer text, than goodness for Nicholas that has been able to help out, but don't know what's going on, they can only work on weekdays, say they are coming at a certain time and show up 1 &1/2 hrs late really! And then leave a hole open in the kitchen where they installed the new vent and still waiting after 10 days to have someone to fix it, come in Semper Solaria I am very disappointed

Jennifer Romero from Semper Solaris made this experience so much easier!! I honestly dreaded dealing with another sales person for solar , but her professionalism and actual KNOWLEDGE about how this all worked was what sold us! Even months later she is there to answer any questions I have. So glad we went with Semper Solaris, and So glad Jen was our sales person!

I signed up with Semper Solaris and was looking forward to their installing Solar at my home. They were quick to sign me up and take $1000 from my checking account, but the people who were supposed to come and access the job did not come when they said they would. They made three appointments with me and didn't make it to any of those appointments. I told them I wanted to cancel my contract and I wanted my money back. I told them when things start out this way it usually doesn't get better, but continues to get worse. I asked them for my money back, but I still haven't gotten a refund yet.

AFTER POSTING THE BELOW REVIEW, Semper Solaris messaged me. They ask if it was ok to call so I agreed, of course. I had them contact my husband.

The company came to an agreement with us and sent us a refund, which technically did not have to. So thank you for that Semper Solaris.!
So if you decide to get solar from Semper Solaris or anywhere, talk to your CPA whether you are Retired, leashing, or buying.
So THANK YOU SEMPER SOLARIS!


We used them for our solar. First, being a retired first responder, we loved the idea that this was ran by veterans.
Ok, the guys that did the physical work I.e,. Installation, electrical work etc, awesome! They were great!

We had problems with the city of Indio not getting it together, dragging their feet, losing paperwork, and so much more. They were the hold of on getting our panel's installed in the time we were told.

Then there was the salesperson who came to our house. Very nice guy. We thought he explained everything but how do you know?
Well we found out yesterday that not everything was explained to us.

We were at our tax appointment and hubby brought our solar info to get the tax rebate.

Guess what? The missing info from that nice sales guy forgot to us. If you don't pay taxes, YOU GET NO REBATE!

We are both retired, fixed income, don't work. The nice guy knew this, they have to know that for credit checks.

We got F---ED out of $15,000 of rebate that goes towards your amount due.

Don't use them unless you want to pay an extra $15,000 because your not paying taxes.

Semper Solaris recently installed Solar panels on my house in Palm Desert. The work was performed on time and on budget. They even arrived early the first day, much to my surprise. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend Semper Solaris to my family and friends.

From the beginning to the finished product, we were very satisfied with the education and process of Semper Solaris' solar product/installation. I am sure by doing it in the fall/winter, the process went much faster, but Semper did all the work... literally. Their building plans sailed trough the permit process and in two days my whole system was installed. For Southern California and the area's reputation of scammers and ripoffs in all retail categories, Semper Solaris is trustworthy and a real deal.
