Semper Solaris, what can I say. AWSOME AWESOME AWESOME experience from the beginning of the project to the end. Hans our salesman was great. He never pushed us and explained everything to us and was very polite and professional. Throughout the whole project he was available when we had questions or concerns. The crew that came in to do the install was very very professional and explained each step they were doing as they were going along. Osacar, the lead man and owner I believe made everything was done right and in a safe manner. After everything was was approved to turn on a tech person (Alex) came in to set up the WiFi to monitor the system and explained how we can do the same. We were up and running a month ahead of schedule. We went from having a triple digit bill to having our first bill of only $18 plus energy cost which was explained in great detail how that works so we don't get hit with a big payment from Edison at the end of the year. I would definitely recommend Semper Solaris for your solar needs. All of the staff there genuinely care about there customers. Ask for Hans.

We had two Tesla Power Walls installed from Semper Solaris and can't be any happier. This group is professional and delivered everything promised. Our system installation was $33k however with the help from Semper Solaris we received a $26,400 rebate from SCE after it was all said and done.

We had our solar panels and batteries installed a few months ago. Some of the equipment quit working a couple weeks ago, and it has been impossible to get someone out to fix it. Nobody would return my calls for the first week. We finally had an appt with a technician to get it fixed and THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! Wasted 4 hours waiting for them to show, no call or nothing. Finally someone called me back and didn't seem to know what was going on. We are now being billed by Edison AND paying on the loan because we don't have working equipment.

Update: Rachel called me back and set up an appt to get our equipment fixed within 2 days. The technician showed up early this time and had everything back up and running very quickly.

They did everything they said they would when they said they would do it. A lot of other companies were quoting me systems that wouldn't actually work because of how the vents are positioned on the roof. Semper Solaris probably isn't the cheapest or the fastest to get the job done, but it was done right and I have confidence they will support the system into the future. Yes

Great experience with the team. They did a great job and Finished within the time frame I was proposed. I had a Tesla battery, a panel upgrade, and solar installed at my home. They finished all the work within 3 days which was surprising. I'm happy with the end result and would definitely recommend company

Had a great experience with Semper Solaris. From the salesman to the workers setting up the AC and the Tesla Battery, they were all courteous and friendly. The salesman was not pushy and gave my as much information as I needed. Once a decision was made to to put in the work order I was given information on how to qualify for rebates which has helped out a lot. Thanks to the rebates I do not owe anything on the Tesla Battery or new AC system. Only thing I w inch I would have done earlier is get my solar panels through them; Semper Solaris is a one stop shop! They have continued to follow-up with me and the status of the system, which is refreshing.
