I highly recommend these guys for roofing and solar installation. A very professional and organized team. We had a few companies come out to look at our project and give estimates - we needed a new roof for our detached garage, and solar on both the garage and our house. This is one of the few companies in the area that handles both roofing and solar themselves. After a visit from Tesla, whose rep could give us no information on our roof project, Semper Solaris had Kevin Trafford come out who knows both roofing and solar. Helpful, personable and to the point, he answered all our questions thoroughly. They offer good, efficient equipment which so far works great. Aimee at Semper did a great job coordinating and was able to get answers for my many questions during the process. They sent out their site review team, and again one more time as I asked because of my knowledge of what was below the dirt in the yard between the house and detached garage, where an electrical conduit would go (lots of pipes for a spa). Melissa handled the permitting process and it was transparent to us, just how I like it. They took lots of pics for an hour or so, and their design team went to work planning the solar project. The roofing project went well, and what I liked a lot was the fact that there was plenty of good support from their project managing team during the actual work days. They insisted on good quality work that conformed to code, and went through all of it with me before, during, and after the inspection. The roofing project went well, nice looking high quality work. The solar panel installation was a couple of days. We had another day or so of work due to the extra time to install on two different structures, and connecting the two systems with a conduit. There was a scheduling error, so we missed a day of installation that I had taken a day off work for, and had to reschedule for a week later. Otherwise everyone showed up on time, was polite and friendly. All of the work got cleaned up each day, and conduits and the like were painted to match the house. Permission to turn on the power from SCE took less than a week. The system works great. Very nice work. These guys are real professionals. They do hundreds of installations and know what they are doing. Hire them, it was a pleasure working with Semper Solaris.
