May 5th still no power and no update from Semper. Over promise, underdeliver is their real motto
Vet hype is just a slogan with this company

Disgusting company. They have my 35k and I still dont have power. Local City signed off Jan 2025 and we still have no power to our home.
Tim W.The service is missing. Semper Solaris will do everything to get the sale , however, if you want this company to honor its commitment to deliver quality service for warranty, they will not provide. Don't waste your time calling them for any new product service or warranty service
This review is for the exceptional consultation with Alex Darr. We had a lot of questions about getting additional solar and a Powerwall battery. Alex was thorough and very responsive to emails. After talking to multiple solar companies, I enjoyed how Alex was not trying to give me the ""salesman pitch"" but just sticking with the facts and anticipating issues that would arise by tilting panels on a flat roof. I do a lot of research before moving forward with a project and Alex definitely addressed the concerns and regulatory limits for these projects that I would have eventually asked.
I'm moving forward with Semper and hope the quality is consistent throughout the rest of the project.
My one Star rating is not indicative of the help we received very recently from Laura and Rob. They were fantastic in their dedication to an issue we had. Can't say enough good things about the both of them.
However, overall I rate Semper Solaris less than one star. It started with our sales representative, Bill who continually said he understood what we needed, and we trusted him. He didn't and we paid the price. Make sure you get everything in writing from the sales people.
Then there's the Customer Service people who do nothing but push you to the next level and say they'll have those people call you back. Then you wait days for that to happen, if it happens. If you're lucky enough to get the next level to respond to you, you get people who flat out lie to you and then ghost you. As Celeste and Matt did to us.
We looked at 5 different companies for our solar needs. When it came down to making our decision we chose what the military ownership did for our country. Thinking that service and loyalty would translate into a solid, respectful company. It did not.
If you're looking into solar. I urge you to consider not just the sales and pricing, but the long term relationship you'll have with the company's customer service department.
A while back they installed solar panels on our house. Everything went well. Recently I contacted them to see if I can upgrade my monitoring unit and/or get a battery backup. Two projects I was willing to pay for. But they just don't reply. Called and left messages no callback. Sent some emails got a confusing reply, asked for clarification. Nothing.
They did a great job with initial installation, but are failing now. I doubt they would provide good customer service post initial install or maybe it's just a different company now.
Semper Solaris has gone above and beyond to help me. I have had the pleasure of working with one of their best team members. Her name is Cherice Hess and she has worked incredibly hard to get my ability to monitor my system properly. My thanks go out to the technicians that came out to my house three times to resolve this issue. Thanks again Charice.
Well, if you live in a house long enough, you are going to have to replace your roof someday. Our someday came late last year. What complicates our re-roofing job is that we have solar panels on the roof we need to replace. We spoke to a couple of roofing contractors and as soon as we talked about removing and replacing the solar panels, things got dicey. Semper Solaris had done the original solar install, so I decided to give them a call. The agents I spoke to were quite helpful -- presenting several options for the job. We decided on the type of roof we wanted and started the process, which included complete engineering drawings, which is required by the County. Semper took care of all the county business and got the job approved. Step one complete.
Eddie Limon was placed in charge of the job and was just fantastic -- juggling scheduling of the solar panel removal, which happened on day 1, then having the old roof removed and making sure that the county building inspectors would be at the job site in a timely manner. The inspectors were happy, so on with the new roof. The crew arrived at the agreed upon time and started installing the new roof, which took 1 day. The next morning, the inspectors arrived to check out the job. Eddie had somehow gotten them up earlier than planned, which was just great -- no time waiting around. Again, they were happy with everything, so the only thing left was to get the solar panels back on. It did take one day off to get a crew up because the roof was finished quicker than planned -- the solar crew was on another job. No big deal. The solar guys came up, installed the panels with all new mounting hardware (which was better than the original), got everything hooked up, fired up the system and confirmed that everything was working correctly and there you have it. Job complete. 3 actual working days with 1 day off.
All in all, I was very impressed with the whole process, which can be really stressful if things aren't handled correctly. Eddie Limon was very quick to respond to any phone calls or texts from us and did a great job of keeping communication lines open. After each day, the crew did a fantastic job of cleaning up while being very respectful of our space and privacy. These guys are true professionals and really know what they are doing. It was a pleasure getting to know everyone involved. From start to completion, Eddie Limon and his fantastic team did what they set out to do without any hassle or complaining. Well done guys!
Michael K.My neighbors did hours of research and shared with us that Semper Solaris was the best around. Bob King came to our house to meet with us and was super helpful in explaining everything that needed to take place for us to get solar and stop paying the super high electricity fees each month. The install went great and we ended up needing a new roof as well which Semper also installed, and looks SO much better than before. The crews that came were really great. Polite, on-time, and helpful explaining through any questions we had, and above all, clean! They picked up and left things as good if not better than they found it. We have a big house, 3 stories, around 3,750 sf.. It's been a few years since our roof and solar were installed and our electricity bill averages around $150 per month instead of around triple that before, or even more during the summer. I highly recommend Bob King and the entire Semper team for excellent customer service and follow through.
Rachel T.Semper Solaris just finished my solar installation. I am very happy with their professional work. They came on time each day, were very polite and clean. I highly recommend Semper Solaris!
Thank you!
Eddie Limon from Sempre Solaris has the quality of work that exceeds expectations. I highly recommend
