Our Semper Solaris A/C unit had a kink in a hose and leaked all over our attic, ruining the ceiling of the room below. The repair person came out quickly to fix the issue, but after that it was radio silence from the HVAC Department. We had to call uncountable times and FINALLY got the cell # for the ""project manager"". Mr. Cardulo never got back and we continued to call, then he finally answered weeks and weeks in and had so many excuses for not taking care of business. After waiting a few more weeks, my husband called and threatened legal action. The project manager finally called back and said an adjustor would come yesterday. We waited... and waited. No adjustor. I do NOT recommend going with this company. We loved the sales person, and the install SEEMED to go well, but now we have a soggy, sagging, moldy ceiling and who knows what other damage in the wood above. Mr. Cardulo our project manager never takes our calls, never calls back, and we are probably going to have to repair it ourselves and sue for $$. So wrong.

I have a solar panel which was physically installed by Semper Solaris four weeks ago in the first half of November which may or may not be able to be hooked up to the PG&E grid in January or February despite my active efforts to get Semper to do their promised job to finish their business with our local building department, who tell me they haven't heard from Semper on this business to date. That news does not surprise me.
Semper responds the way you'd expect a very large corporation to respond when it comes to getting things done. I get return calls, whenever I remind them that they haven't finished their job, from various representatives from various departments who don't really seem to know anything about the solar technology, or the specifics of my installation, but promise me that they really really care, or sort of care, depending on the representative.
Also I reported 3 weeks ago to Semper that according to Enphase Energy's real-time report on my system solar output, which is functioning even though I'm not yet hooked up to the grid, one of my 13 panels is consistently non-functional and another is down about 40% from its expected output. But Semper's response to that information varies. I'm told by one person in sales that will be fixed after they take care of things with the local building department period, but told by another person who says he is my project manager that it should be fixed immediately. This worries me, not because things don't go wrong with electrical systems with multiple components when they are first installed, but because their response Is all over the place. So now I'm doubting Semper's ability to support the system once it's fully operating and hooked up to the grid, which I assume will happen eventually.
So I feel at this time that using Semper Solaris instead of a smaller local installer was probably a mistake. Any of you who have ever been at the mercy of Comcast or AT&T when you need service probably know what I'm talking about.

These guy help me get financing and did a great job on installation. Thank Scott and Andrew for the great job. This deal would have happened those 2.

Because it was taking a long time for Tesla to process my order since they are first prioritizing customers that ordered bundle Solar + Powerwall. Tesla also could not provide an eta despite my order placed Q4 2020. Fortunately Semper Solaris was there to offer powerwall. I was dealing with Dave Shanholtzer and was very helpful, great attitude, informative and happy to answer all of our questions from presales up to post sale supports. Everything went smoothly and on schedule. From site visit assessment and up to the day of installation. The crew did a great job with the installation and professional workmanship. Now just waiting for the utility company to do a final inspection before turning it up.

Semper Solaris was great to work with. They were professional and courteous. The project management team kept me updated every step of the way and answered all of my questions along the way. I highly recommend working with them for your solar panel projects.

MY wife and I interviewed many companies to help us with our solar needs. It was Michael Karlbergs' pleasant manner and knowledge of the products that won us over. Everyone in the company did a superb job from the telephone calls that keep us updated to the friendly installers that actually showed up on a time. Even after our Tesla battery was installed Michael continued to educate me on how to use my new found energy. I give them a thumbs up and would hire Sempre Solaris again in the future.

I used SS for 3 big projects: multiple Tesla Power Walls, via SGIP Program for rural CA residents, a partial redo of our roof, after a wind storm ripped part of it off, and an HVAC project.
Each project had its issues, but all were completed, and done
well.
I would feel comfortable about recommending them to anyone, with the caveat of being ready to advocate for yourself by demanding a project manager to work with you. Their staff is great and will work with you to get everything wrapped up as timely as possible.
I'm happy with everything they did for us.

Semper Solaris is the company to go with! Joshua Selover was there with me every step of the way. Excellent communication and was always available to take time out of his day to go over every step of the process with me. His knowledge on all products and the ability to educate me in simple terms made me feel comfortable with moving forward in my home improvement investment. Love the fact that they use American made products and they have a great chain of command to execute every step of the way for me. Go Semper!

They did the roof on my home and it came out perfect. Process was easy and the crew was friendly and cleaned up everything so well. I highly recommend them to anyone having work done.

It has been over 1 year since I made contact with their salesman and over 6 months since the solar panel and battery was installed and it is still not able to be turned on due to their inability to communicate effectively with the city and the electricity provider. I basically have giant paperweights on my roof and walls. The initial construction team left small holes and gaps in the walls where the electrical pipes come out unfilled which I then had to ask twice to get them adequately filled. I have a BBB complaint filed one month ago and they came to make some changes but still are unable to follow the requirements (was notified of another failed inspection which is the 3rd or fourth I've lost count). A VP is reportedly handling the delays. But at this point I have had friends ask me for recommendations for solar installation and I am frankly too upset to try to get the $1000 referral bonus.
