Horrible customer service! Emails and calls go unanswered and they provided incorrect information in order to make a sell. Shame on me for trusting them, please think twice...they will be great until after the contract signed, look somewhere else for your solar needs.

The customer service thus company provides is TERRIBLE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I chose them because of the military background as I received 3 quotes and chose them. The process started in September of 2021. we were told it would be 4 months...ok, it got no big deal. Well, with no communication from them by November of 2021, I reach out, nothing no response. Finally, get some sort of response blaming the city. Month after month goes by with no update on progress, me reaching out trying to get answers. Ok finally we moving in May of 2022, we are on the books to come out, installation finally starts, but inspection came they had to redo something a month goes by with no communication they finally came to finish up by end of July. The guy put in a plug on my home, leaving me no instructions on what it is or what to do with it. Now, with the rain, our roof is leaking, and I've tried calling, emailing, and no response. I got an automated ticket number but haven't spoken to anyone nor email since. When I called on Feb 27th, a guy came out and said someone would be out by the end of the week, so nothing has happened since then. On hold over 30 min, left name number to call back that was over a week ago, today is March 15th, No one has called me back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Permit technicians are rude and don't know the process, many jurisdictions say the same thing. They cancel inspections the same day. The communication is unprofessional and the onsite people doing the work are questionable.

Even PGE suggests you only get a battery for back up. Usually more panels are best for true up issues.
Get an evaluation or audit of your solar system. Someone who is honest and truly knows what they are doing.

After contacting a few solar panel providers, I ended up choosing to go with Semper Solaris and I was not disappointed! Travis was extremely helpful and came with lots of knowledge about the whole process. Knowing that it is a local & veteran owned company also helped in my decision making. Travis went over all the details, pricing, and needs for my home. He was also available to answer questions long after we met which came up here and there. Also learned that they do roofing and AC, and I know for sure I will be reaching out to Semper Solaris for those needs as well. That being said I highly recommend Semper Solaris for solar panels! Roofing & AC will be a later review ha ha!

We had our system installed on 10/27/2021. Customer service was no a pressure sales. Our Sales Rep Ricky Rodriguez was on time, honest, transparent, and professional. The timeline was a little longer than expected due to outside factors, but I would definitely recommend Semper Solaris. We really like that the panels are made in the United States. The company's motive is for Veterans by Veterans. Ricky provided us much more information from other companies which influenced our decision to go with him and Semper Solaris. We look forward to the savings.

I contacted this company about a month ago. I was set up with an appointment for a representative to come out and give me an estimate for a battery storage wall for my current solar system. The day of the appointment I received a call from a person named Travis. He tells me they have over booked him and he is currently in Madera. My appointment is approximately 30 minutes from the the time he called. He tells me we can just do the appointment via the phone. I agree and he asks me several questions. At the conclusion of the call he says he will email me a quote. I never heard from him again nor did I receive the promised email. My question is very simple! Is this how you treat your potential clients???? No thank you. I took my business elsewhere and highly recommend if you are reading this to do the same. Veteran owned business right. Well I am a disabled combat veteran and expect more from a company that says they are veteran owned.
