We finally got our solar all set thanks to the due diligence of this company! We got quotes back in November and Suzanne Champagne was our agent from Semper who came to the house. She was very informative and didn't pressure us at all. She answered all our questions. Once we made our decision she worked with us to get the HOA approval in order so we were able to proceed. We are so happy with our decision!

Great job! I received multiple bids and I felt most comfortable with Rhami and his proposal. The company is very reputable and the cost was competitive. I never go with the lowest bid because usually in construction the lowest bid is due to cutting corners and using inferior products. After spending an arm and a leg on this house; Im not prepared to allow contractors to cut corners to save money now which causes me to have problems and spend more money in the future.

The whole experience was excellent and I give Rhami and Semper Solaris 5 stars. This was a difficult project. They upgraded my electric box and they had to dig underground to replace the wire. This took quite awhile due to SDGE and the City dragging their feet and requiring an obscene amount of inspections and bureaucratic red tape. I give Sdge and the City of SD 1 star for their unreasonable timeframes. Semper stayed on top of it and Dexter updated me periodically. The solar installation looks great and I would absolutely do it again with Rhami & Semper Solaris. Very happy to not pay Sdge for power anymore except the minimum fee. Look forward to my tax credit and I appreciate all of the hard work. Thanks!

Got my solar system last year. Had such a good experience I came back for the battery backup.

Would have given 5 stars again, but I texted my desire to buy this to sales - asked for a price and bought it by texting. Got AAAA credit so was immediately approved. It took three months, and the communication was sub-par during the I'll buy it and delivery stage.

However, I give 5 stars to the installation team. They installed it despite the difficulty of my schedule, communication was by phone and text with the techs- they gave great feedback and finished quickly. They made some modifications to the plans on the fly.

This company performs - sends great people to the house. They are professional, responsible, and do great work. You can find cheaper - but you won't find better!

I was hesitant to take the dive with any of these solar companies but the return on investment for solar is just too good. Financially it's a no brainer but I shopped and talked to a few companies before meeting with Rhami and Semper Solaris. He was very informative and not pushy and I felt truly had my best interests in mind when designing the system and going over my finance options.

The communication was good and I received emails from the office explaining the process and what the next steps are. Any other questions I had during the process; I called Rhami and he was quite responsive and answered my questions. The install was done in 1 day and looks great! See attached pic. I got the best panels on the market with best warranties from the best company in CA for a competitive price. Also, I like that they are experienced and licensed roofers which makes sense to me that roofing and solar go hand in hand and should be done by 1 company. I've referred my friends and neighbors to Rhami and I appreciate Semper Solaris's hard work and great installation!

Semper Solaris set up my solar system in 2017 & they installed my Tesla Powerwall system yesterday. In each case they did a fantastic job.
The company has a great team of professional
workers that care about their customers and the finished product demonstrates this dedication.

Having just purchased a home we wanted to have our furnace checked out and ensure there wasn't any issues. We contacted Semper Solaris based on reviews and the fact they are veteran owned and operated. Working with Kat, we were able to have a technician out the next day. (A Saturday nonetheless!) The technician, Ariel, called prior to his arrival to provide an ETA and arrived towards the start of our two-hour service window. Ariel was professional and very personable. He did a through job in reviewing our unit and performing the maintenance that was requested. We will not hesitate to reach out to Semper Solaris for future needs! I chose SS from a slew of bids and I don't regret it. They were friendly and knocked everything out quickly. Their roofers and solar installers seemed much more interested in getting things done fast / adequately than making sure things were done in a way that worked for me, the homeowner, and I had to leave a bad (and accurate) Yelp review just to get a simple support request through their system after several weeks of no attention. On the other hand, at least they respond to this pseudo escalation channel.
I get rushed service in the midst of the solar gold rush, but invest a little more in your support resources and maybe have a formal sign off on completion by clients.

Right now Semper Solaris is good enough.

Requested an estimate for roofing, never made it to the estimating person got an message saying someone would contact me that was 3 days ago. Not surprised they screwed up my solar install too. My fault for giving them a second chance. They use the veteran owned business and hiring veterans as their calling. I am a veteran and as a veteran I expected more. My fault.
