After Liberty Mutual tried to screw us for hail damage, Select Roofing stepped in to help us with invoking appraisal. We won our claim after jumping through some hoops, and Select Roofing delivered. Not only was the scheduling easy and working through the screen and gutter contractors, but the entire process was seamless and pleasant.
Tim (salesman and foreman) really helped us through this process from beginning to end. My only complaint was finding nails in the driveway, but that was bound to happen considering the scope of work.

Usually I don't answer the door when I think someone is selling me something, however, on this day, I decided to answer the door. But before

I opened it, I looked out the window to see a truck with ""Select Roofing"" on it.

I did a quick google search and saw the A+ ratings on the BBB as wells as the numerous reviews.

So the best part was the guy that introduced himself.
Tony Solia was at more door, and he introduced himself as well as his company and said he can do a quick free inspection on the roof. We recently had a huge hail storm and normally I just ignore the roofers that has been coming to the door, however, with Tony, I felt pretty comfortable around his personality and decided to give it a try.

Tony showed me the pictures of the hail damage and the next steps were easy with USAA bringing their adjuster.

My wife and I decided to go with Select Roofing, due to the honesty, trust, company reputation, and superb ratings. Overall, it was Tony's honest and meek personality that won us over.

We chose the Onyx Black roof shingles, and the workers came and completed the same day. Everything was professional and a smooth transition.

I highly recommend speaking with Tony for any questions or free inspections.

I used Select Roofing on my home since they were already working on some neighbors roofs. It took over 14 months after many, many times having them come out to fix wavy shingles, open caps on the ridges, exposed nails, broken shingles, etc. They installed an attic vent with screens in place of the dryer vent (no fastening done from the dryer line to the vent either). All the lint got caught up in the piping and I had to get someone out to replace that and clean the pipes. The sales lady was curtious but the installers were focused on getting the job done and moving on. It was the most horrible experience. I got the manager out to the house and more promises were made with no follow-up. This company should not be in business. Stay away.

Have used them for Christmas lighting for past 2 years. They made the lights custom for our house and they looked great. This year, were pressured to upgrade to ""LED or any bulbs that go out wouldn't be replaced"". Well, we are not going to be at this location next year likely, so we declined to upgrade. So, they put the lights up (obviously without checking for burnt out bulbs) and none of them lit up. Also, found several feet of strand from the set were cut off. When inquiring about why they did not work, were told that our GFCI was tripped. We let them it wasn't, but was on a timer but we would have an extension cord from outlet at front door that was always hot. Then, came out and they said the end of the light cord was bad, would have to come back to repair the next day. They came back and left a voicemail that they were working (we were not at home). Came home later that day and 1/3 of lights did not light up. We took a picture and sent to contractor to show what wasn't working, never heard back. We went to Select Roofing's Colleyville office during next business hours to let them know what was happening. Did not get much interest by them, but said that they would let the contractor know. Later that day, we were contacted by contractor who put them up and was reminded, since we were not upgrading to LED, and we were the only ones, would not replace burnt out bulbs. He came out later that day and texted that they were all working and sent a pic of them ""working"". Was in daylight and crepe myrtles blocked the view. We arrived less than 10 minutes later and still have lights out. We have left a voicemail with the main office to again let them know, and no response from anyone. Definitely do not use these people for your Christmas lights! Do not care if they work or not. Very sad that the quality has gone down hill.
