Great contractor! On time and on budget. Elan and his team were pros start to finish on our kitchen remodel. Elan showed excellent communication throughout the process and we couldn't be happier with the results. Quick tip - Elan offered us a 3D modeling option of the kitchen beforehand and I'm glad we ordered it. Really helped us envision the project and we referred to it quite a bit. Highly recommended!

When my husband and I first met with Elan at Select Home Builders, we had almost no idea what we wanted--just that we wanted to redo our kitchen and primary bath, and also the floors and walls and ceilings throughout our whole house, and maybe some doors and windows while we were at it. Elan politely explained that we were describing a full house remodel. From that moment forward, he has been indispensable to us.

He walked through every single detail of the house with us, room by room, front to back. We chose to live in the house through the remodel and he graciously accommodated us, devising a three-phase schedule so that we always had two-thirds of the home available as living space. He was onsite every single working day of the remodel, we never once had to chase him down or ask where he was. His communication was always clear and timely, always three steps ahead to make sure we were making the decisions and ordering the materials needed to stay on schedule.

He conducted himself with the utmost integrity in every aspect of the remodel, from the timeline to the pricing to the work itself. His crews are all excellent, and he holds them to the same extremely high standards he holds himself. Special shoutout to Saul, a true jack of all trades. Everyone who's seen the remodel is absolutely blown away by how beautiful it is. Elan has become like family to us and we look forward to working with him again.

He oversaw the project, and guided us throughout the entire development to make sure we understood all that was being done to our kitchen.
