We used SEI to repair damage from last years hail storm. They replaced the roof, the gutters, and the window screens. They also power washed and re-stained our fence. pergola, and shutters. All work was completed as promised and very professionally. Any issues were handled promptly without problem. Our sales rep. Steve went above and beyond to help with insurance issues. Shane Olsen came to give us the estimate. He was on the roof, including a single room upper story, and came down with pictures to show me each place that needed repair. The upper roof needed replacing, but lower could be repaired. The estimate was detailed and complete and ready promptly. The work was scheduled and completed very quickly and professionally. The clean up left my home looking like nothing had happened, except for new turbo vanes and a roof with all shingles in place. Excellent people, from their openness and honesty to their efficiency and competency. Definitely would recommend and use again! Final bill matched estimate to the penny.

We used SEI to repair some flashing around our chimney. They did a great job! They were fast, professional, and the end product looks great. They did a great job cleaning up all the trash and debris afterwards, too. We will definitely use them again in the future when we have to get our roof replaced!

Used SEI for a gutter installation previously and was very impressed with the responsiveness/reasonable quote. With the recent hail, I asked them to inspect my roof as I had trusted them from the previous work. Mike Keenan came and ""inspected"" (no ladder, looked from ground) & stated that my roof had no or minimal damage (a few dents in the gutter and that's about it). As I couldn't believe that report after being in the house during the storm, I had another roofing company come inspect. I not only have lots of shingles that got damage, I even have some holes (in addition to the fence, gutters, windows and even garage door)! I would have been a loyal, return customer to SEI but this lack of service / getting on a ladder to look at a 2 story roof really has changed my views on that. Will be using Freedom Roofing instead.

Update: the president (Marc Schilling) was very apologetic. Apparently this was a fairly new employee . Marc was great to work with before with my gutter. Updated from 1 to 3 stars.

Update: insurance agreed that I needed a new roof amongst many other things, about $11,000 worth of damages.
