When I would call and ask them to fix the leaks under warranty they would never send someone out until I would call the BBB and complain. Save yourself a ton of heartache and stay as far away as possible from this company.
David L.Robin is the second worst business person I have ever met. The first was her father who she inherited this business from. My neighbor and I both got complete new roofs from this company. Both of us have had numerous leaks and problems. This company will come up with all kinds of reasons and lies as to why they do not have to honor your warranty. There are many roof companies out there, I was unlucky enough to pick this one. Their work was not completed in a timely manner and they left my yard a mess. Run, run, run!

I was impressed with Robin's presentation and the thoroughness of her quote and fair pricing. I hired her firm and was blown away with the professionalism of her and the staff. The job was done on time and within budget. Later I needed a roofer to replace the roof on my home. Again, I interviewed a number of companies and again hired Robin's company. I needed a total reroof and I needed it quickly. Robin's team did an outstanding job from permit to final sign off by the city of Plantation. Price was good and she came in within budget. Not an easy feat for a roof that was over 20 years old. I am a seasoned property manager and I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly with roofers. Security Roofing is at the top of my list and I highly recommend them. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous!
