Had a couple minor roof leaks this past rain called secured Roofing to quote me on repair
They sent a rep .. communication was tough .. some mention of his ""boss"" doing the quote ?? The rep went on the roof to inspect then he proceeded to pull on & peel back the shingles..exposing the roof .. I asking him to stop from below .. he leaves the shingles pulled away from the plywood on the roof comes down and tells me that's how they inspect the roof leaves them lifted up !! I get on the phone call the company demand that the ""boss"" comes over .. he does he tries to tell me that's how they inspect roofs, but he glues them back down at my insistence I would STAY AWAY from this roofing company!! The rep also made my ceiling g filthy with his hands accessing the attic .. super unprofessional..

It was a pleasure to work with Edgar, who explained everything that we needed to have done, the amount of time it would take to finish the job along with providing a written quote.

They haul away all the debris (no need to get a dumpster) at the end of each day they clean the entire area around the house, keeping it clean.

There were no nails left laying around or debris.

His crew is kind and considerate and work very hard
The nice thing is they show up exactly at the time they say they're going to be at the house each day.

We had a big job which included, removing the roof, laying down plywood and then adding the new roofing material

They also handle getting the inspector and all the paperwork involved that the city requires and submit everything for you.

It was really easy to work with them and they did an excellent job.

Highly Recommend!! Called Edgar at Secured Roofing after another roofer failed to repair a persistent leak we were having in our master bedroom. Edgar was responsive to all communications, correctly assessed and repaired my roof leak, and was fair with his pricing. With us having record breaking rains, and roofers in hot demand, I really appreciated Edgar's squeezing me in. We will have to replace the roof sooner rather than later - planning to call Secured Roofing when we do!

During the last round of very heavy rain, we discovered a roof leak and called Edgar at Secured Roofing. We had dealt with him before and was completely satisfied. He was fully booked, but said he'd get back to me as soon as he had an opening. Sure enough, he contacted me a day or two later and sent out a two-man team first thing in the morning. They quickly found the leak and repaired it, and later that morning when the heavy rain returned, no leak. I highly recommend Secured Roofing, and Edgar is a pleasure to do business with. This is an easy review to do with pleasure.Due to all the recent rains it was hard to find a roofing company to repair leaks due to high demand so I happened upon Secured Roofing and not expecting an immediate response gave them a call.Edgar actually answered the call and said he'd show when he could which was within a day or so and he had a few ideas on how to approach the repair and would send me an estimate shortly.He was more than reasonable and I gladly accepted his repair offer and he said he'd get his guys out soon which he did.I happened to be out of town for a few days when they showed up and he said no problem just to pay him when I got back-who does that nowadays? I can't recommend Secured Roofing enough their work is impeccable and the place was spotless before they left.Edgar understands customer service big time so give Secured Roofing a call you won't be disappointed it's a no brainer!

Edgar was a pleasure to work with. I had a roof leak due to the torrential rains and Edgar stopped by and recognized the area that needed to be serviced and have me a quote later that night.
