Excellent!! I cannot say enough good things about James Pruett and his team at Secure Roofing. I needed some roof work done and he was right there with a timely estimate and work schedule. The work was done on the day and in the time he stated, and I could not be more pleased. James takes the time to listen to his customers and explains what is needed and offers options. His pricing is very fair and his professionalism and integrity is outstanding. It's not often you find such honesty and reliability in business these days but James and Secure Roofing outshines the rest!

I could not be happier with Secure Roofing.

My roof needed to be completely replaced. It was a big expense so I did my homework. I learned what to look for in a roofing company and what constituted a good job by a roofer. Armed with a base of knowledge, I evaluated eight different roofing companies. I read a ton of reviews from various web site such as yelp, google, Angie's List, the BBB, and HomeAdvisor and I scoured information on their individual web sites. Of these eight, I had five roofing companies provide me with estimates. Most of them visited my home and just provided me with a sheet of paper outlining the work they'd do and the cost. Some provided a detailed breakout of the materials they'd use and the total cost but no details.

James Pruett, with Secure Roofing, was very detailed with me from the very first phone call. He was very professional, obviously very knowledgeable and just plain nice. He was also the only one that discussed his quote with me in detail and in person and provided examples of the material he would use with options. He even showed my his license and insurance. He explained the materials, options and the work he'd do in detail. No other company did any of this. Furthermore, the quality of the materials he offered and used on my roof were superior to most others (Certainteed) and his was the best price!

James' team showed up at 7:09 AM and they had my entire roof stripped in two hours flat! My new roof, with new & extended ridge vents, was fully installed by 4:30 PM...on a very windy day! He sent me pictures throughout the process while I was at work, showing me that they were using the proper number of nails per shingle and installing things correctly. They left my property spotless...no nails, shingle bits or anything left in my yard. He called me to let me know they were done and waited until I got home to explain what all they had done and answer any questions I had.

I had a great experience with James Pruitt from Secure Roofing. This was my first experience in dealing with contractors for our home...and when considering replacing a roof and the expense that is involved, you don't necessarily want to go with the cheapest option. As it turns out, Secure Roofing was the least expensive option, but they used CertainTeed products, which is an excellent option.

We had 3 contractors come out to bid in total, each of them within about $1000 of each other, but overall, I felt that the knowledge and options that Mr. Pruitt laid out for us was our best match. He happened to be the first company we spoke with, but he took the time to sit down at our table and talk over the products, what he felt we needed (our roof was 13 years old and while it still had a little life left in it, we wanted to replace it before we had any larger issues occur), how he was going to take care of the ridge vents, the valleys and hips of the roof, as well as our odd patio cover which was at the time, shingled, but he explained (as did every other bidding contractor), that the pitch of the patio roof was not actually steep enough for shingles (it would actually create possible water rot issues down the road), and instead, he would replace the roofing with a synthetic water guard that would better protect it (also the same thing that all the other contractors suggested).

On the day of the installation, they arrived at 7:02a and were done, including clean up, by 5:30p (and that is even with a little bit of drizzle in the morning). We stayed out of the house for the vast majority of the day because I have 2 dogs and 2 small kiddos, but I didn't once have any concern about the crew or our home. The project manager, Matt, was onsite the entire time and sent me photo updates a couple times throughout the day. They put down tarps all around the home to catch the shingles and nails that were flying off...and even put a tarp over our pool to keep nails and such out of the pool.

They put on all new flashing around the home...even in some areas that didn't previously have flashing, they put on new boots (I think that is what they are called...the cylindrical items that stick up out of the roof for venting purposes), and at the end of the day, they used a magnet to go around the entire home to pick up all of the nails and screws that had gotten loose (and they did a great job with this...since walking around the home, I have found very few stray nails/screws...which is great since my dogs and kiddos like to play in the backyard without any shoes on).

Overall, it was a great first contractor experience for me and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof.

Secure Roofing offers great customer service and gets the job done!!!!! The owner is very professional and a honest guy! I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a roofing job. In fact I am still working with him to get gutters and trimming on the house..........

Recently went through a long and drawn out battle with my home owners insurance for funds to have my roof and inside ceiling repaired that dragged on for months; but the best part of this frustrating experience was working with Secure Roofing. They are professional, courteous, and quick! The quote for repairs was reasonable and never did I feel taken advantage of. The work was superb and I will recommend them to anyone. I sleep well now under my awesome roof!

I had several persistent leaks that needed locating and repair. Secure Roofing provided an inspection and detailed estimate. They fixed the leak and provided photos to document what they had done. The price was reasonable and we have not had a leak since!
