This company put a new roof on our house after Hurricane Sally. Six months later, we had some water coming into our patio after a hard rain. We contacted SEC and they sent two guys over who applied caulking to several areas. We let the owner of the company know we weren't happy with this and he came over and applied more caulking and did a water test. His conclusion was that the leak was coming from the chimney and advised us to call chimney repair. A local chimney repair company came and did an inspection. He said the chimney looked good and it was a roofing problem around the base of the chimney. We ended up having to call another roofing company to do the repairs. I do not recommend unless you want to pay thousands more to fix their mistakes. The crew was not pleasant to deal with.

The process was quick, straight fwd, and really easy. The crew cleaned up after themselves and left little evidence of why they were here.

If you want your roof done right as in a very timely manner then call SEC. Steve came right over and identified some problems that the last roofing company did not address thank you Steve!!! I had called the other contractors 3 weeks before I called Steve they were very high and did not know when they could do it. One called me 3 weeks after SEC was completed and said they could start the permit process. Call Steve !!

Contacted them and they never got back to me. I know a lot of roofing companies are very busy after Hurricane Sally but at least a courtesy text saying they weren't interested would've been nice.

We used this company to repair a line of leaks on our roof that were noticed on our ceiling. They charged $3500. The next time it rained our roof was still leaking. I notified the person who was in charge of the job. It took him two days to return my call. He said he was going out of town and would contact me in 2 days when he returned. It rained again and leaked again. He never called me back and hasn't to this day. However his father did after I texted the son to tell him that I was getting another roofer and I felt I should get my $3500 returned. His father wanted to meet me in person to discuss the matter. He was not available to do this for several days. He knew where his repair was done but soon realized he had had his workers remove and replace good roofing. The father said he would return some money after he figured HIS investment. After a week I texted the father and several times since. He has been ignoring my communications.
