Seaside Roofing is an exceptional roofing company, led by Jason Rogers of Oceanside, the owner. The two workers who installed my shingles, ridge caps, eight O'Haggin attic vents, pipe cover vents, Glass Base Sheet underlayment covered by Modified Bitumen Torch-Down roll and flashing on all sides of the house were meticulous and methodical in their work. Kudos to Noe Velazquez Urrieta and Junior Morales. They definitely accomplished a 5-star job and I heartily recommend this company for your roofing needs.

I contacted Seaside Roofing to repair my Redlands Clay 2-piece tile roof after the window/door refinishers cause quite a bit of damage. Jason Rodgers came out to review the roof and provided a quotation in a timely manner. The roof material was back-ordered so it took about a month to get the material before he could start the work. He kept me informed of the shift in the start date, and was there to pick up the material as soon as it arrived.

Jason sent Victor who is skilled in roof repairs to come fix the roof. I cannot say enough about how great his work was, and how clean he kept my home, and what great communication there was between myself and Victor. Many areas of the roof is accessed easiest from the second floor which meant climbing out windows in 2nd floor rooms. Absolutely NO damage was caused to the interior even though roofing tiles had to be brought into the house to go thru the windows. Victor worked through rooms that have antiques and artwork, but did so with such care and there was no visible sign that I had ever had the roof repaired. He matched the 10 year old concrete grout for the tile boosts on the roof perfectly, so the new portions look just like the 10 year old portions!!! Victor was courteous and very careful while he proceeded to repair the many areas of my roof that had been damaged by the prior subcontractor.

It is so rare that I am able to whole-heartedly recommend a contractor, but I sure can HIGHLY recommend Seaside Roofing. The work was perfect, the timing of the project just as planned and on budget. No complaints here!!!

Today was my first experience with Jason Rogers of Seaside Roofing . I had been using my same roofer
For years only this time we had heavy and long raining periods ! I had a rental property that started leaking almost a month ago and every time we scheduled a repair date it resumed raining and the repair could not be done in the rain .all total about three plus weeks I had to deal with my rental property getting soaked and being damaged . I called a new to me roofer and waited 6 days for my new roofer to come inspect my roof , after his inspection he said he does not do patches !
Yesterday I called Seaside Roofing and left a message ,within 2 hours Jason called me back , and asked me
All about my leak and he said he could take a look at my property tomorrow at 10 am . I met Jason at 10 am
,he placed a ladder to the roof ,climber up and instantly said he found two nails sticking out of the composition roofing material . Jason said he could repair the leak in just a few minutes and he did ! I would highly recommend Seaside Roofing with. 5 Star rating ! Thank you Jason !

I don't often give 5 stars, but have to for Seaside Roofing. Jason is an honest and fair business person first and foremost, which is more than we can say for many contractors. His team does great work and he stands by it.

I was working with him through a general contractor and we cjhanged contractors. Had an issue and he came out and assessed and repaired it on his dime, which is rare. Happy customers are important to this crew.

If you are looking for a roofing company, I would highly suggest Seaside Roofing.

Jason was absolutely awesome to work with. He provided an accurate quote and performed to expectations. His installer is amazing. All lines perfectly straight and everything was robust. All flashing installed correctly and tightly. He worked closely with my plumber, HVAC and Solatube installer to ensure everyone had the smallest cutouts for their through holes and that the timing was perfect with all installers and his installer. He answers texts and his phone all the time. I can't recommend Jason enough for your roof work. He does large and small jobs. You may get quotes that are less expensive but inspect the homes he's installed roofs on and then make your decision. Seaside has been around a long time and will continue to be around a long time due to their quality of work.

I recommend Seaside Roofing. They seem to be honest, fair and hardworking. I had a leak that was fixed by them over a year ago. The roof began to leak again in the same spot. They came back out immediately and seem to be dedicated to fixing the problem.
