i rate y'all a zero all y'all do is lie u schedule the appointment and never show up then u will reschedule about 5 more times and still won't show then u claim the work is done big lie and ask me rate your service well your service is awful the worst i would not recommend yall to anyone ever yall do nothing but lie and never show up to fix anything i ended up paying out of pocket i dont understand how yall are still in business the absolute worst service ever

Will not use again. Overpriced parts and labor. Got a quick reponse on 5 March 2024 (bad control board) and parts ordered. Parts sent to their repair shop and finally received text with new appointment (between 8am and 5 pm) on 28 May. No call, no show. Got another appoinment via customer service on 29 May, On 29 May, about 4pm, called Sears Customer Service (Indian call center) asking if repair people were coming. Got a return call from local Sears about removing the stove and explained the actual problem. Said would check and never called back. Called Customer Service for new appointment and scheduled for 31 May. Again called to see in the late afternoon if they were coming. Received a text for new appointment for 7 June. 7 June, called customer service because no call, no show. Received a return call from Adam, Lead Tech, and he could not locate parts. Reordered parts to be delivered too residence. Received the parts and new appointment text received for 25 June. No call, No show and no one answering phone locally (Adam) or Customer Service Getting someone else to repair the stove and taking Sears to small claims court.

Called them to come fix a leaking washing machine. They charge $120 for a diagnostic fee, which could be applied toward a repair. After their diagnosis, they said the water pump was broken and wanted $100 in parts that you could get from Amazon for $70. Next they wanted $350 in labor to do a 10 minute fix (on a normal weekday) that I looked up on YouTube.
The washer still leaked after replacing the part and turns out the drain hose in the back just needed a clamp. False diagnosis that was overpriced

You have given us so much problems with this appointment first you charged us 100.00 when we were suppose to waive it. Then when I tried to take to someone you kept sending me to different people. Then the technician was suppose to come out and I waited all day and you had given him the wrong #. And called to get all that straight had to wait for a long time it just went on and on. You guys really need to train your people

This the second time the technician was a no show! I have 2 copies of billing and 2 work orders that have a fraudulent signatures of completed work that was not performed. The lady that sold me a 5 year policy wants nothing to do with my complaints of work not performed and fraudulent documents of completion. Customer support is a joke. All the tell me is generate another service call? I have been posting my complaints on X with my 10k followers on my reddit community. This is absolutely insane 2400 dollars waisted! Currently have forwarded all documents to Home Choice Warranty/ Sears Home Services. Considering legal actions for fraudulent signatures on completed work orders!

The service technician apparently had no idea on how to do the job. He did not fix my refrigerator ice dispenser. I paid him $109.00 only to have the same problem before he arrived.

He did absolutely nothing & things were told that was lies. He did not even try to look at it. I had to get someone else to repair my washer and out of pocket I had to pay $135.00 & I want to be reimbursed. And I canceled my contract. They said they would come back the 12th February and I never heard from them and didn't know my repair had been canceled. So they are not good repairmen in my book and if they lied on me who else will they lie on?

No one ever showed up they just sent a receipt like the job was done when in reality they probably was just riding around on the clock in order to get paid really ready really ready to get the IRS and lawyers involved because every month we pay on this warranty and can never get anyone to come out and do service so maybe if the IRS gets involved and see they are charging people for a warranty they won't stand behind as a company that's fraud maybe if the IRS comes and Seize everything they have and put people out of work and give everyone a tax penalty then they'll OPEN they eyes

This would been the 3rd time but they never show up to even look at the dishwasher but put they did I don't appreciate them sign off on ot and not looking at terrible service
Do not appreciate someone saying my house is not up to par you need not judge someone like that bad for business

Sear was dispatched to my American Home Shield service call for a leaking dishwasher. The first technician they sent out seemed decently knowledgeable and was friendly. Parts were ordered and the service was rescheduled while the parts were being delivered. A new technician came to my house today 1/16/24 to complete the work. I get told that this technician was only there to install the new parts and that hooking the power back up and inserting the dishwasher into the cabinet would cost extra... even though the first technician who removed the dishwasher and disconnected it did not even mention additional charges on his visit. I contacted AHS and told them what was going on and they terminated the service call so that they could reschedule the original technician to come back and complete the work since the new technician was completely incompetent. Next thing I know Sears marked the work order as finished and complete. I will never let Sears back into my home to help with any issues.
