I ordered two items on line from sears ,I received the two items and never opened the packages and I saw something else on line that I liked better. So I called sears customer service and found out for the first time that those items were being sold from a third party and sears gave me that other customer service and the name is 123customermarket place. I spoke to a representive and informed that I wanted to return the 2 items and he stated"" Are you sure you do not want to keep them and I replied ""No"" and then he explained what I needed to do to return them,he instructed me to take the packages to UPS or FedEx and I would have to pay for the shipping and they charge a 15% of the total price for restocking . My total was $118.00 and when I shipped the 2 boxes it cost me $40.00,sssssoooooooooooo it cost me $ 60.00 for shipping and restock fee on top of the purchase price. NNNNNNNNNNNever AGain will I order from a third party seller on Line.

Worse sears. Had to track a register down because they are understaffed as it is and take their sweet time checking someone out. We've been the next person in line for THIRTY minutes. Not kidding. The cashier has been checking the same person out for THIRTY minutes. Don't shop here if you value your time. They are way understaffed and work at a turtles pace. A quick stop at the mall turned into an hour because of this. Manager stands around and talks to the employees that COULD be checking someone out. Manager was right next to the cash register and saw this whole thing and did nothing. Just continued to wander around the store like the rest of his employees. WORST SEARS.

Sears used to be my favorite store. Sears in Cumberland mall has the worst customer service and it takes forever. They have 1 cashier on both floors, maybe another will show up after everyone waits in line 15 mins or more. An item was left out of my bad, I went back to tell them WITH MY RECEIPT. They called 3 so called managers, they didnt know what to do. One said, we have to roll the tape. They wanted to see if I was telling the truth about 2 pair of cheap earrings. I got so mad I walked out with some choice words. I will never shop their again. NEVER! IF you want to wait in line or need help, stay away from this store. They will be out of business soon.

Bought a dryer customer service excellent!! I will always shop at Sears! Don't go anywhere else! They take their time we ended up buying more!

The worse SEARS EVER
I spend over $2000.00 on a new LG Washer and Dryer and it was delivered DAMAGE, unbelievable !!!!
We swore after our last experience with our refrigerator he would never buy another appliance from Sears, however we did and apparently it's a mistake.
The delivery guys were great not their fault. Then called the store and spoke with a Deptment Manger, that was a terrible experience. Then after that they had me call their
800-742- 7747 number for customer service, even worse experiencer didn't care about my business and a $2200 purchase. Ended up canceling my order and purchased it from Best Buy's what a great decision I made a great customer service got it right the first time didn't damage it on the delivery, fantastic guys and organization

I purchased a Nordic Track treadmill from Sears and they scheduled my delivery date for 15 Nov 2017. This is when the lack of good customer service or professionalism began. At approximately 5:18 pm I received a call from the delivery team informing me that my treadmill was not placed on the delivery truck that morning and they were just realizing it. He continued to inform me that someone from customer service would be calling me to reschedule. He has yet to say we apologize for the major inconvenience.
So, I decided to visit the store to speak with a manager to get some clarity and ensure the item was received by the warehouse and would be delivered on the newly scheduled date. I initially spoke with the floor sales person who attempted to assist me but the high volume of customers was swamping him. So he called for the manager to assist me and it took the manager about 10 plus minutes to appear.
A female walked up to my wife and me and rudely asked ""what is the number"" my wife and I looked at each other and the female asked the same question again with the same attitude. I asked her what number and she stated the number you used to order the treadmill. We assumed she was a manager, however, she never introduced herself nor asked us what our concerns were. I attempted to explain to her what the situation was and she responded, ""what do you want me to do, do you want to cancel the order"". I responded clearly you are upset and I cannot talk to you behaving like this so YES cancel the order. We finally got her first name Amy (last name unknown she did not want to disclose it) assistant manager store #1385 Cumberland Mall Atlanta, GA.
Reached out to cooperate customer service (conflict resolution) department and wow what a nightmare!!!! Sears's representatives simply played a game with us by putting us on hold for over ninety minutes until the call finally dropped. A representative would come on the phone periodically and say stand by for a manager and quickly put us back on hold.
Sears is no longer a shopping option for me or my family and would not recomment them to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!
The entire Executive team at Sears should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this type of behavior to exist under their leadership.

I've been waiting at the jewelry counter for over 10 minutes trying to track somebody down so I can purchase a watch. Wanted to make a 300+ dollar purchase and nobody wanted to help me.... no wonder this place is about to close down...dumbasses

Stopped in and purchased a craftsman lawnmower that I had seen online. The store was clean and fully stocked. Smooth and easy checkout process. Cheaper than Home Depot and Lowe's

Have you ever walked in a store and instantly got sleepy? Or have you ever walked in a store and said ""well hello 70s""? If you want to experience any of those scenarios, try sears. The atmosphere walking in was not very inviting. The lighting seemed dim and the areas were not clearly defined. I seriously wanted to take a nap after walking through the store. I looked at the ladies clothing and there were some good deals that's why they are not getting one star. There were some nice pants for $7 and my friend even found dress pants for $3. There weren't many items that were stylish to me to choose from. But there were deals if you were looking for those. The check out process was awful. After waiting in line for about 25 minutes, we got up to the front and gave our info for the shop your way points and the associate kept stating it was not working. Well it turns out that the associate was not entering the .com in the email. oh boy, that was interesting. It's an ok store just not a place im going to be running to go to.

Have not been in a Sears in a long time. I now know why its been so long. Horrible service, supervisor behind the counter is standing around doing absolutely nothing. Long line people are dropping their items leaving store frustrated. Simple return 3 or 4 items customer in front me, guy took 10 minutes to process. Manager still doing nothing, now one of the cashiers is singing along to the overhead music. This is a joke, go short on Sears stock, thank goodness they sold the craftsman line.
