He not only helped me with getting more insurance money but made my vacation home in Punta Gorda feel like a home again after the Hurricane. what ever you do DO NOT buy a roof form this guy. I have had the worst experience. In my opinion, this guy has the social grace of a 5 year old. hes rude. thinks he know s everything. He almost double the cost of my roof with change orders. His driver jumped out of the truck while backing up and his truck crashed into my column at my historical home and now he wont ever fix the column. after finishing the roof it started to leak and he blamed on the a/c unit condensation. I had 3 roofers take a look and they all say it was a leak. i also had an ac person come out and tell me its not condensation. i would give him zero stars. now i am in the process of suing him,

in my opinion of sean lilly roofing comes to your house you should run.

We've known and used Sean Lilly Roofing Co for over 20 years and have had nothing but quality work from beginning to end. They are quick to respond to our needs. They put on a new tile roof as well as roofing our new construction in 2000. That roof has held up without any major issues. More recently they tore out rotted wood on our previous soffits and fascias, totally rebuilding them with better stronger materials as well as successfully repairing a difficult leak at the same time. Our contractor was so impressed with the quality of work of Sean and this team that he began subcontracting them for some of his own projects.
Another time we had bees in our attic and Sean was quick to get a bee keeper to smoke out the bees and repair the area they got into before the hive took over. They are super responsive getting back to us within hours and many times coming to inspect the issue on their off hours.
I highly recommend this company. We have referred them numerous times with no complaints from any. They are top notch professionals who treat their clients well.

THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Two times my family had appointments for someone to come to our home to give us a quote and twice no one showed up. Unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere.

Sean Lily & Team rocked my roof, so happy with my new Roof. Barrel Tiles, really mega difficult plaster issues & they made it perfect. Highly Recommend SL roofing, I can share photos. They replaced rotten wood. Took their time to get right.
Very happy. They really do GREAT work. Great communication as well, texting, calls updates etc..
