If I could give him zero stars, I would. We called him in early April to get an offer for our roof. He gave us a written offer which we accepted within his set timeframe. We kept inquiring when he would start, he said he was behind and then stopped replying to my emails. What a terrible businessman! I will never recommend him!

There was sooo much damage in Feb 2018 that the roofers in Big Bear were swamped. Our neighbor lost half his home to a fallen tree and we had roof damage to the main house and shed. Eric is very good at returning texts and we worked through supply shortages to get the job done ahead of time. He took the time for special touches such as roofing the small porch not in the original bid. No cost over-runs and done so well. We'll definitely recommend him to others both in Big Bear and down the hill.

I contacted Eric in April to get a bid on our roof and we received a written bid within a few days. Due to the winter storms we knew going in that Eric had several projects lined up and he wouldn't be able to begin work on our roof until late June. Sure enough he was ready to begin work during that time frame so we paid our deposit for the supplies. We had a small hiccup with the supplier (metal sheet panels we wanted were out of stock) but Eric helped us work through that and we went with a slightly narrower panel. Once the supplies were in and delivered Eric completed our roof within 10 days (instead of the 2 weeks he indicated). Our new metal roof looks amazing! Eric's works was complete and detailed. He left our yard very clean and clear of any debris or materials. Note: Be patient (but persistent) when communicating with Eric. He is sometimes slow to respond but hey, he's a busy guy who does GREAT work.

I called several times and Eric never returned my calls. I guess he doesn't need my business or the business from the referrals I was going to make to my brother, who also has a vacation home in Big Bear. I'll take my business where it's valved!! Don't bother if you expect a call back.
