Unprofesional operation. had our roof replaced by this company 9/30. Craftsmanship was low. rafter tail replacement looks like a 3 year old did it. they did a change order and didn't provide a price until the final payment witch was over 4k for 2 day dry rot repair. our ring cam and pics confirm maybe a day. the dry rot work that was completed I could have done by myself in a day easy. not 2 days 4 guys. its only a 850 sqft house. made some phone calls to the company after the roof was completed to discuss some deficiencies with the install. one of the owners Jason reached out to discuss the issue. Jason was very tense and confrontational about me reaching out and literally started to cuss me out when I asked if he could be calm and not yell. I have over 10 years in Construction. I'm a job site manager for a custom home builder and a certified customer service specialist. the way this company acted was out of line and unprofessional. I would stay far away.

Jason came out to take a look at our roof to help evaluate for a leak that started again with the rain. Jason was professional and very knowledgeable. Even though the roof seems to not be our issue (thanks to Jason's throughout evaluation) I would not hesitate to call Jason back if we ever has a roofing issue.

I cannot say enough about Jason (2nd generation owner) and his crew! I discovered an issue from a roof leak which created black mold so the roof was the first priority. Most companies I contacted were so backed up due to the late rains this year they wouldn't even come out to give a bid. Seal Tight took the time to at least come out and assess, give an estimate and followed up even though they were also backlogged. I got on their calendar in July and am so happy with the workmanship, the crew, and Jason. I would highly recommend! Looking forward to the installation of my new courtyard skylight as a finishing touch by Seal Tight...

This is a great company if you are in the market for a new roof. It was by far our best bid. They were professional at all times. If I had a question their response time was quick. It is never fun to pay for a new roof but if you are in that position, this is the company you want to go with.

I was in the process of selling my mother-in-laws home after she had to move into an assisted living facility and her roof came up as a critical issue during the home inspection. We needed to have the roof replaced as a condition of sale and the timing was critical. I received the referral from Home Advisor and Jason showed up right on time for our appointment, gave me a very competitive bid with a good quality GAF 40 year comp roof and started the job just 3 days later. The installation went like clockwork and they finished the job the next day including doing a complete tear-off of the old roof and making all of the necessary dry rot repairs. The roof looks great and the new owners will be thrilled. The crew was courteous and helpful with some dry rot repairs I was making. Overall, I couldn't be happier with their service and quality and would highly recommend them. Great job.

Called the company regarding a possible leak in my garage leaving my name and number. The following day, two guys from the company unexpectedly showed up saying they were in my area. They immediately got a ladder to inspect the area of concern. Showing me a picture of what he discovered was dirt had collected in the gutters, even growing weeds, causing the water to start dripping into the garage. They cheerfully cleared out the gutter and charged us nothing for the service. Great customer service.

I asked my friend for a recommendation on a roofer to look at the leaks in my roof and she recommended Ray at Sealtight Roofing. She said he did a great job on roof work for her contracting company, so I called him up.
I was not disappointed. An appointment was made for an inspection the very next day, The guy went into my attic with my husband, let us know it was something we could fix ourselves, told us how to do it and didn't even charge us for the time. AMAZING!!!
Maybe that was the friend-of-a-friend special deal or something, but I would definitely recommend SealTight to anyone else looking for roof help. They know their stuff and want to be your hero.
