SeaBreeze Roofing and Sheet Metal exceeded my expectations from start to finish!! When searching for a new metal roof contractor for our Florida rental property over the phone from thousands of miles away, I was blown away by the responsiveness and professionalism shown by Jacin Carreiro and his company. I spoke with 5 different companies about getting a new metal roof and I was shocked that some companies never even called back. Jacin sent a team over to the house the same day that I called AND patched the existing leaks so that I could take the time to get all the estimates from the other companies with which I had arranged estimates. I decided on SeaBreeze to install a new metal roof because the estimate was very reasonable and Jacin was a pleasure to deal with.

The installation went smoothly and looks amazing with NO leaks. I had hired a construction and painting crew to finish up the areas around the new roof and gutters that were not part of the roof job. Jacin took the time to show the construction crew that I had hired what they needed to do so that the gutters could be installed correctly without causing leaks. The crew I had hired had done an atrocious job all around. It looked terrible and worst of all there were leaks. I called Jacin on a Saturday night during a rain storm and told him that water was coming in. He was at my house with a crew within 20 minutes!!

It turned out that my construction crew had not bothered to put in metal flashing like Jacin had showed them. Jacin then came over with his roofing crew and took off ALL the incorrectly installed gutters, did all the proper preparation, installed the new gutters AND replaced and painted new wood trim around all the gutters of the whole house without charge. He went above and beyond any construction company I have ever dealt with. He had already been paid in full weeks earlier and the leaks were not even caused by his portion of the job. He just wanted his customer to be leak free and satisfied with the job.

Jacin and his crew are talented professionals that go above and beyond to do a great job. They are perfectionists and that feels good when you are putting your house in their care. If you are looking for a new roof or roof repair look no further. These guys are the best!

I just had my roof replaced and would absolute recommend SeaBreeze roofing. Jacin and team were very responsive to all calls and emails - starting from initial contact for an estimate through to job completion. They were prompt, helpful, and followed through on all they committed to. And, they were trustworthy!!! The roof looks great! I would highly recommend SeaBreeze for any roofing needs.

Very disappointed - after performing an inspection of our roof, we were told the company could not provide us an estimate due to high demand for its services. This was very puzzling since a representative was sent relatively quickly after contact and quite a bit of time was spent on the inspection. Why bother if there is little availability? We were clear that there was no current leak but were areas of concern for potential leaks. The only reason we are not leaving one star is the person answering the phone as well as the person who performed the inspection were very professional, but obviously, we cannot recommend this company.

Elvis was my point of contact person and he was fast, friendly and somehow found a way to fit the repair on my original roof in the same week that he came out to give me the estimate. Look no further for a roofing company. Jason and his team did an outstanding job on my roof. First with helping us find the right tile color for our home. Secondly with scheduling....staying on schedule, installation and final cleanup. It was a very seamless process.
