Mark H.In October of this year I hired Sal to resurface my concrete. The 1 week job took over a month to complete and $1000 over budget. In the month since the work, the stain is flaking away make the hardscape look worse then before the work. I recieved no response from Sal on fixing the issue or offering a refund for the shoty work his company performed. I can't recommend SEA Contruction.
