Chris inspected my roof before I bought my house ($85). Took the time to explain what I needed done. Had him replace a couple tiles, fill a few cracks, clean my gutters, and scrape moss of my roof. I can't really tell if the work was done well, but all the moss of off of my roof now. 1 year guarantee on all work done. Only drawback was the lack of communication. I think they should have called me when the work was done.
