Alex and his crew did a fantastic roof repair..i had a leak on the valley area of my roof...they came in identify the issue and work on it the following day ....they did not even gave me any further future date schedule!

These guys were very professional, courteous and know their trade.... they worked efficiently and they cleared and cleaned everything as if nothing happened!

But the most impressive thing of them all was they work with my needs and budget for the project in my favor! the entire crew were very respectful, soft spoken and always smiling...they seemed to like working with each other which is a plus to a good and efficient work ethics!

I highly recommend this company......Thank You Very Much Alex and Crew!!

We have used Scotland Roofing for years. Our house has clay tiles and whenever the solar company/ chimney cleaners service the units, they always manage to damage a tile or two. Ive always called Scotland roofing and they've always responded quickly and their repair fee was reasonable. This is IN ADDITION to an emergency we had last year, when we had a leak and Scotland roofing honored their 2 year inspection warranty we had when we moved in January 2020. The owner had employees respond and repaid a cracked roof tile at no charge. I feel like it's hard to find honest reliable companies these days, and Scotland Roofing is one of the few. Being a realtor / mortgage lender, I will always recommend Scotland Roofing for the roof inspections because Of the great service I've had with them!

Made an appointment a week ago with this company. Today they were a no show, no call. If they didn't want the job why not just say so at the time so I could move on and to find someone else rather then wait a week for nothing. Very unreliable and very unprofessional!!

Do NOT hire Scotland Roofing to install your new gutters!
Alejandro (Alex) V. from Scotland Roofing was quick to provide an estimate and have his workers install the gutters, but Scotland Roofing has not stood by the quality of their work. When I noticed holes in the corners of the gutters where you can see the light of day shining through, I immediately called Alejandro. He asked me to text him my contact information and told me he'd call me back right away. In short, over six months later and I'm still waiting to hear from him. He will not answer his phone, nor will he respond to my voicemail messages.

I received an estimate from another roofing/gutter company to ascertain how much it would cost to repair Scotland Roofing's poorly installed gutters... $945!

Do NOT hire Scotland Roofing- they have not stood by the quality of their work.

The Better Business Bureau has been notified and is on the case.
Next? Small claims court.

I called based on positive reviews. An appointment was made and Scotland Roofing did a complete no show, wasting my time. When I reached out he said he completely forgot and his tire had a flat also. Granted, but there was no attempt by Scotland Roofing to re-schedule nor reach out again. I do not recommend using them for any roof repairs and am glad I did not use them due to them being unprofessional.

Alejandro and his team are amazing!! He was the only estimator that took the time to come out and actually get on the roof and take measurements... Very impressive! This is one review that I really wanted to write! We so often want to only document reviews of poor performance, but there are times when you get such great service that you would be remiss if you didn't. This is one of those instances! In the past I've had to call Petersendean Roofing out, year after year, for 4-years. Petersendean Roofing performed so poorly, and after the seasonal rains, I would soon find out just how poorly their work was. On the other hand, Alex from Scotland Roofing answered my call through the Yelp app straight away. He made an appointment with me that coincided with my work schedule. During our appointment, Alex was very keen to identify the source of our roof leak. I immediately knew that I was speaking with a seasoned veteran who knew his craft in carpentry. Alex has extremely fair and honest prices for his services (I Promise!). Alex and his team went to work on the day of the repair, quickly opening up the roofing tile. They were like surgeons, only peeling back the roofing far enough to properly administer a professional repair (one that will last). I was very IMPRESSED with the outcome, and Scotland Roofing more than delivered what he promised. He left me with nothing but superb things to say about him and his team. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Scotland Roofing to anyone needing roofing services - YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!
