This is one review that I really wanted to write! We so often want to only document reviews of poor performance, but there are times when you get such great service that you would be remiss if you didn't. This is one of those instances! In the past I've had to call Petersendean Roofing out, year after year, for 4-years. Petersendean Roofing performed so poorly, and after the seasonal rains, I would soon find out just how poorly their work was. On the other hand, Alex from Scotland Roofing answered my call through the Yelp app straight away. He made an appointment with me that coincided with my work schedule. During our appointment, Alex was very keen to identify the source of our roof leak. I immediately knew that I was speaking with a seasoned veteran who knew his craft in carpentry. Alex has extremely fair and honest prices for his services (I Promise!). Alex and his team went to work on the day of the repair, quickly opening up the roofing tile. They were like surgeons, only peeling back the roofing far enough to properly administer a professional repair (one that will last). I was very IMPRESSED with the outcome, and Scotland Roofing more than delivered what he promised. He left me with nothing but superb things to say about him and his team. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Scotland Roofing to anyone needing roofing services - YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Came by to fix some missing/incorrectly placed tiles. Also ended up sealing a crack. Alex was very polite, even took pictures of the finished work. Will call them again if ever needed. Also provided an invoice after the work was done.

These guys just left. And they were great! Well, I was impressed that they got here fifteen minutes early, which was super. After they got started, they only interrupted me once to get access to another part of the house, which was fenced off, and after they took care of the rest and then some [found, on the roof, under the solar panels a nest, which they proceeded to take care of] WOW! .... gutter cleaning was never this easy. I will definitely work with them in the future. They are nice, respectful and friendly.

No idea how good their work is as they dropped the ball communicating with me. I originally contacted them via the Yelp website. They responded quickly asking for contact info. I responded via Yelp, but since the Yelp conversation deletes all numbers I couldn't give them my phone number or address, so I told them to email me. They said they would but I never heard back. And a subsequent follow up through Yelp didn't get a response either. I contacted five other contractors directly without using the Yelp website and received prompt replies so that may be a lesson.
